Should never have bought this

So I bought this at Shoppers a few weeks back! It was in clearance! I was looking for a product that would work a substitute for Glamglow. Unfortunately no such luck!😑 i took a chance told it was similiar - cream with a tint light to medium But i have a birthmark (PWS) and it didn't even come close. I can't even return it cuz of final sale.
