I have the translucent face powder to set my make up and it leaves my skin feeling smooth and I don't have to worry about my make up smudging. it is amazing and i love it!

Awesome light setting powder. Works better than most of the other powders I've tried.

i love this product for my oily skin, and it lasts soooo long so you don't have to buy it as much. and it doesn't clog the pores.

This is my go to setting powder. I have oily skin but this stuff keeps my face shine free for hours. Its very lightweight and doesn't make my skin chalky. Its really good quality considering you can buy it at the drug store. I've had friends use my powder and have to go buy there own. Such a good buy!!!

This face powder helps seal in my make-up. You only have to use a little so the 70g jar will last a long time. It doesn't add any colour, just helps your make-up stay on longer, and it also helps cut down on the oil build-up I usually get on my forehead.

I love the texture of this powder. It goes on silky smooth and is never cakey over make up or moisturizer alone but adds slightly more than sheer coverage.

Only powder I will use. Doesn't cake on skin, looks flawless!

Amazing product and a steal of a price. I use this product to set my make-up. My make-up lasts all day and I don't get any shine on my face - esp. in my nose area where this tends to occur. I use the translucent shade (which looks like a light brown vs. the usual white chalky powder) - I was worried that the light colour would show on my skin but it melts into the skin so ladies of all skins shade can use this product. It comes in a huge tube - which is bulky to add to your make-up bag but that just means you get a lot of product at the price of $10-12.

This is definitely my HG setting powder, it makes my foundation and concealer last all day.
Although I'm pretty tan the translucent formula dissapears beautifully into my skin.
It eliminates all shine and keeps you looking matte almost all day, however my skin does get pretty oily and there are days when I don't even need to blot!
The powder is very sheer and doesn't cake up easy.
This stuff only costs about 10 bucks at Walmart for a huge tub, cheap, and great, I definitely reccommend.

I absolutely LOVE this face powder!

I was over at a friends apartment one day, and we were about to go dancing. I had just put on makeup, but usually during a night of dancing, or even just sitting around chilling with my friends, my face gets a bit shiny/oily. So my friend let me try out her Marcelle Face Powder in Translucent, and when I looked at the photos later on of our night out, there was NO trace of shine on my face at all! Very impressive since we had danced until the wee hours of the morning!

It gave me a flawless complexion by evening out my skin tone, as well as keeping my makeup on for hours. It isn't something I'd keep around in my purse for touch-ups, as the jar is quite large (it's 70g). But it's nice to keep at home, and put on before I go out for the day.

The powder is very light, you hardly feel it on your face, except for making your skin feel super soft. The translucent shade is probably the best, as it doesn't really have a colour (as the shade implies), so you don't really have to worry about getting the proper shade. When I actually went to buy one of my own, they didn't have translucent, only translucent medium (and I'm a very very fair-skinned girl), but it actually works pretty well with my skin, it's just a bit more pinkish than the translucent I find. So either one will work fine on your skin!

I put this on over my foundation, but I don't dust much on, because I am afraid of it looking too powdery. Just a thin layer, or thin pat on your trouble spots, and you're set to go! I use this with a very thick, soft powder brush, and apply in circular motions to my face.

The packaging is easy to use. I usually just turn the jar upside down, tap the bottom a bit, so that the powder falls into the cap, and then apply from the amount that dropped there.

Awesome powder. Just awesome. I only just wish they had it in a smaller jar with an applicator so I could carry it around in my purse and not have something big and bulky!
