I have always been loyal to this product

As a person who has very sensitive skin, this is one of the only facial cleansers that are capable of giving me clean and clear skin without shocking my face and causing an outbreak. I have been using this product for around 2 years now and this one is the one I find is a little stronger than just the gentle cleanser so I do suggest is is better for night time use because over night you are just sleeping, you are not doing anything very active unlike the daytime. Some cons that I have seen for me is that because the winters are really really dry and cold here, it is best to minimize the use of this product during that time as it could really dry out your skin and cause you to have a lot of dry skin hanging.

I'm going to have to agree. I bought this product a few months ago as well but bought everything else with it such as the cleanser, the toner and the moisturizer, i found that most of it worked pretty well, except for the moisturizer...it wasn't a very good one, if anything it dried out my face even more. which was crummy.
but other than that, the rest worked very well and made my face very smooth and soft.
