Quality isn't there

I purchased this as part of a value set that was on clearance. I enjoy using tanning towels but I found that these dried out soon after opening the package. Other towels I've used come in separate packages so they stay moist, but these did not.
I didn't find they tanned as quickly or as effectively as other tan towelettes I've tried so I wouldn't repurchase them again.
