Moisture Cream Sensitive skin

I was hoping I would find an everyday moisturizer that is really light and fragrance free. I prefer to wear to use light moisturizer on my face prior to wearing makeup. This product was not moisturizing at all, it. It didn't absorb to my skin, left a tacky feeling after each use. I give it pass, the search for farcical moisturizer for sensitive skin continues. I gave it to my other, she developed a skin rash. I'm not sure this moisturizer is good for sensitive skin especially those with rosea .
