For starters, don't let the sparkly part fool you; the sparkles are so fine that they're virtually invisible. Next, I do want to say that I liked this one. The brush if a very, very, fine tip; so you can get that precise line you're trying to achieve. It does stay put, however, it's not exactly smudge proof either. It does take a few minutes to dry, but don't let that stop you from considering this product. This particular eyeliner came in a gift set that was given to me as a present. It goes on extremely smooth too; you don't need a lot either. One coat would probably do it. I would definitely recommend this one.
