These are some flavourful, gluten free crackers that are super healthy. I love too eat crackers and my son has a complete addiction too plain ol crackers so I figure I would buy something bit healthier and boy these are great. They contain Organic Short Grain Brown Rice, Organic Whole Quinoa, Organic Brown Flax Seeds, Organic Brown Sesame Seeds and has such a nice crunch too them. I like to enjoy them with cheese, pickles and meat as well. They don't even taste like a health food they just taste so good I could literally eat the whole box. It has a nice light touch of salted add to these and has a nice rich-nutty flavour too them. They are GMO, Organic, Dairy, Gluten, and wheat free snack that has a nice serving of Omega's in here as well. Perfect snack too give too your children.

I bought these at Costco for 10.99$ a huge box. Will buy again!
