I took part in the Master Cheese class on November 8, 2015 by watching the live YouTube channel and it was a lot of fun. Really enjoyed the cooking class and recipies. I ended up cooking the Canadian Ricotta Gnudi and it was delicious. Got really helpfull tips from chef Christine Cushing from her years of experience that you would never receive from a cook book. The dishes were really tasty and easy to follow....can't wait for the next Master Cheese Class
I was selected to participate in the master cheese class. It was a lot of fun and allowed me to learn 3 new recipes and dishes that I had never prepared before. It was a little to tricky to keep up with Christine Cushing, but I was able to prepare, cook and finish all the dishes by the time the class was
completed. I am now able to create the cheese fondue, soufflé and gnudi for my family and friends. I believe the class would have been more fun if I was able to have someone working with me, but I learned and had fun doing it alone. I would definitely participate in another class if I was selected to do so. Thank you for allowing me to show my creative side.
The class was great. A little hard to follow and keep up when I was working by myself and have never made any if the recipes before. Overall though I had a lot of fun and learned some new recipes to make For my family and friends. I did try o post pics in Twitter, I hope they posted. Would definitely participate in this class again if I was invited. Thanks.
This was such a neat idea,,,, an online cheese class... shut the front door.... My swiss cheese fondue was a hit... It was also football day in this house... so the cheese went with everything... I just love my new pink apron... I wore it again yesterday! Thank u for picking me to try out new recipes... I love Chicke advisor... I love cheese... LMAO I love trying new things
I participated in the Master Cheese Class yesterday and it was very informative and entertaining, like the last one! I'm very visual so seeing everything done by Christine made it super easy for me to re-create in my own kitchen. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to make the fondue nor souffle, but the ricotta gnudi were exceptional and extremely simple to make! I'm happy that we have leftovers for lunch!
I received the recipes for the #MasterCheeseClass event but did not receive the link to see the webinar/video of the event.
I did the burgers recipe by myself and it was delicious. My husband loved it too!

It was amazing and original event. thumbs up for chickadvisor team! It was a nice family bonding time, that all of us enjoyed a lot!! And foods were amazing!
I had a great time making the recipes and my family enjoyed them very much! Everything is better with cheese! I hope to see more of these events!
I loved the welcome package we received in the mail with the cute pink apron and recipe cards. For a picky eater I actually liked all the food, although it definitely ended up being a little more expensive than I planned. I understand that cheese is expensive though. I liked the concept of this class, although three hours was a little long. I would have preferred it to be two hours. It was definitely a fun day and would love to participate in other class if possible.
I really enjoyed being able to participate from home, it was really fun, and nice to learn some new things from Christine Cushing! All the dishes were really tasty, and fun to prepare! It added a few new recipes to my recipe book, that I am sure I will be making again. I loved the pink Chick Advisor apron as well!
