I trust these vitamins the most and used them throughout my pregnancy and while I was breast feeding . They were recommended to me by my OBGYN. Only downside is that due to the iron content, it made me more nauseous than the ones without iron...and unfortunately for me, my morning sickness lasted all day :(

I took Materna when i was pregnant with my kids i love them.

I took theses vitamins when I was pregnant, and I use to get very nauseated every time I took them, I didn't like them..

im on these but im not pregnant so they arent just for that im on them for the high in iron and i havent had any problems

I took these vitamins when I was pregnant, I found them very hard on the stomach. I was constantly bound up, and these vitamins made me very nauseated. I had to stop taking these vitamins due to all the side effects, the negative far out weighed the benefits. This product just wasn't for me.

use this a little while, madee vomit excessively. Tried taking it multiple ways but nothing helped. I had to stop taking it after a week. Too harsh on the stomach.

I started using Materna supplements about 5-6 months into my pregnancy. I was previously using another brand, and it continued to make me sick. A friend of mine recommended this brand, as she had run into the same issues. I switched over, and immediately started feeling better. Blood work & tests became better, too!

Used Materna through both my pregnancies, doctor suggested this brand and another, tried the other brand first because it was a bit cheaper and was totally sick on it. When I spoke to a few other women who had tried the other brand there all said the same thing and told me to use Materna. Materna was great, no side effects and my babies were beautiful.

My doctor recomended it ..I used it since the day i found out that i was pregnant...tried other brands after delivery but decided to go back to materna as this was the best that worked for me...some o the other barands were to huge to swallow.

I have used Materna since the day we found out about the lil one on the way and its been great for me. I find the pill size is average in comparison to other multivitamins. I chose Materna since it was recommended by friends and health care provider to use this prenatal vit. I have seen some complaints about the price, and speaking as a mommy-to-be on a budget I find the price reasonable if you shop around to find the best price. Pharmacies tend to jack up the price so I choose to purchase them at a larger store with advertised lower prices. Also, every box of vitamins I have purchased included a decent value coupon for the next purchase which I appreciated and used every time. I plan on continuing to use Materna into breastfeeding, Im already stocked up!
