By far my favourite mascara. I've tried others but none have worked well for me so consistently. Never disappointed with the results (and I have fairly short eyelashes). Makes my lashes look long and beautiful!

this is one of my most used mascaras. it lengthens your lashes without making one single clump. if you want natural looking beautiful lashes this is the mascara for you :) and i got it for 6 dollars. great price!

OMG, I so had to review this!!!!! I have been using this mascara since I was in high school in 1993. I went away to Europe in 1995 for a year and couldn't find it anywhere. I use a new mascara about every 3 months and had to have my mom send me a care package with my 2000 Calorie in it. I read a book years ago "Don't go to the Makeup counter without me" where the author said that stores have to take back products if you don't think they work and this includes makeup, huge news to me. So for a few years I would try new mascaras that came out that claimed to lengthen and even curl your lashes and every single time I returned them. I don't have the shortest lashes but every other mascara just doesn't get me the same effect as Max Factor does. I credit the brush, I know some people find it far to large but for me it's perfect and I can only use the curved one, there is something about that brush. I have tried other mascaras with big curved brushes and they never held up. A few years back Max Factor stopped selling in Canada, I was heartbroken but managed to stock up a little before they all disappeared. Then my parents started going to the US to visit friends for Thanksgiving and I had my mom check Walmart to see if they were there. To my pure delight they had them and now every time someone goes to the US or I go myself I get a few tubes. And they are cheaper too in the US so that makes me even happier. I'm glad that so many people love this mascara but I wouldn't care if they didn't because it is my #1 product that I couldn't live without. I have stopped trying other mascaras, I know none will beat this one so I save myself the hassle of having to return them when they disappoint.

Although this mascara is a bit pricier than other average name brands; it is absolutely amazing. I have never used a more natural and lash defining product. Most mascaras I've used have a very clunky and spidery look which is very unnatural. Max Factor thickens each lash while making the lashes look long naturally and blacken the lashes making them look fuller. 2000 calorie mascara also comes with a curl brush accentuating the natural shape of my eye lashes! LOVE IT!

This is by far my favorite mascara! I started wearing Max Factor 2000 Calorie last year, and I love it! When I wear it, people ask me if I'm wearing false lashes because the mascara makes my lashes look so long! For those of you who haven't tried it yet, you should!

A good mascara, above average especially compared to any drugstore brands. However I tried the 2000 calorie plumper and that totally won me over :) Worth it.

I forgot how much I liked this mascara until I stole it from a friend who was way too overstocked. (So am I, but the words "overstocked" and "make up" do not go in sentances together in my world.) I used this mascara years ago, and have since moved onto tryingother brands but after playing with it again, I think I'm going to have to hold onto for awhile. Not saying I'm willing to switch from my Colossal mascara quite yet though, but they are pretty close in being my top two mascaras.

I like the big brush, the sleek black packaging, and that it only takes one coat to get all my lashes. If I'm going out, I'll apply two coats for extra length and volume. It doesn't flake or rub off my eyelashes either, which is a huge plus! I didn't find it clumped at all, and kept the lashes nicely seperated.

This mascara is a toss up for me. I like that it accentuates each individual lash, and really makes it easy to emphasize my lashes. However - the applicator brush is GIGANTIC. The diameter of the wand is absolutely huge. My other con about the product is that it seems to take alot of product per use. For the money, this is a great choice - especially for a mascara junkie like me.

Amazing! I read on MUA that if you pair this with Lash Perfection, then you get perfect lashes and it does! It volumizes well, the formula's great and doesn't clump. I don't use it that often because it is a volumizing and I prefer more natural/ subtle than dramatic, but I sometimes can't help but pull it out of my makeup box! =) Very cheap for it's quality, too!

i love it it doesnt seem to clump easily and it speads my very thin eyelashes out which alot of mascara fail to do...also it doesnt break off in my eye i put on tons of coats of mascara and alot of other mascaras clump all my lashes together by the end of the day or little pieces fall in my eyes niether has yet to happen and i have been using this product for about 6 months now
