Holy Smokes is this stuff great. I have thin fine limp hair. It doesnt seem to grow much at all. I started taking this as a less costly alternative to the trendy "It Works" brand. I had seen reviews about Biotin supplements causing acne so i tried this with hesitation. My skin looks amazing, my nails have grown like crazy and gotten much stronger and MY HAIR GREW!! Like not just a little, ALOT. I will be a regular purchaser of this product forever. A+++
