I would buy it again

I picked this up to try since it was on sale at Shoppers for about $8 I believe. Definitely the most dramatic liquid liner in how it shows up that I have ever tried and love that!! I gave it 4 stars for two reasons 1) it does get a little crumbly/cakey on me when it dries and 2) after wearing it for awhile, I wouldn’t say this is an all-day wear, I do have to reapply it again late afternoon/early evening if I am continuing my day and want to keep my makeup on - I would buy this again for the effect it does provide! and I admit I do love the name and the packaging the boot is sexy #Makeup #EyeLiner # Beauty
