This is by far my favorite liquid liner out there. The felt tip makes it super easy to create a nice winged line just be sure to shake the product before applying it. The only down side is that your tube can dry out pretty fast if you're not frequently using it but it's so cheap (under $10) that I don't mind buying a new one every few months.

I love this eyeliner!!! It is thinner than regular eyeliners and lets you draw thick or thin lines. It stays put all day. I won't use anything else.
