easy to control brush and formula, never smudges or discolors skin unlike some blackest black mascaras, and seems gentle enough to be worn daily with my contact lenses [bonus!]

I wasnt overly impressed. I guess for the price, it did perform Okay but I prefer something that is easier to build up if needed. The price is hard to beat so if your looking for something cheap but i wouldn't expect anything special . This is a way over hyped product

To say this product was a rip off is an understatement! Sure it was cheap however it wasn't worth the $3.99 I spent on it. The brush was terrible and it only covered half of my lashes. I had to apply several coats in order to get any sort of "impact". The formula was dry and was flaking on to my cheeks during application. This product went in the trash after four attempts of using it.

I've been a longtime fan of Maybelline's classic great lash line of mascaras because it's been around forever and has had a great reputation for that long as well. I like a natural lash because I already have long lashes and had the heavy and roughness of most mascaras especially during removal. So I was really looking forward to trying their new interpretation involving no synthetic or harsh waxes etc and lots of shea butter to nourish, moisturize every lash. And they did not fail me once again! It's so soft, silky and almost feels more like a nice serum like treatment you're wearing creating a natural upward curl towards your eye. Because of this it doesn't feel like you're wearing anything, doesn't flake or smudge all day. I also found it wipes off super easily at the end of the day too. No more rubbing, scrubbing or losing any hairs in the removal process. I really like it and will stick to it as long as it's around.
