Nothing about the packaging or product really indicated that this was a lip gloss. It looks like a lipstick in a clear case, like many other lipsticks in clear cases. In fact, the part that holds the gloss is deliberately designed to look like a thing of lipstick. So I was mad to bring it home and find that it was a gloss, not a stick. I hate glosses and wouldn't have wasted my money if this was properly labelled and packaged. I felt really cheated, and the product itself sucked. The colour was weak and the gloss just felt sticky and looked childish. Really disappointed in this one, from a company I usually really like.
