I've been a Mabelline "lover" from "WAAAAAY" back...not to date myself OR anything..he he !! But, "when" I was finally "allowed" to wear make-up, Mabelline was very 1st purchase & to this day...I'm still drawn to it !! Over the Yrs., I've switched A LOT of my girlfriends from other brand to Mabelline & none of them have had ANY regrets. When my Mom was still alive, she never wore hardly any make-up, however, with me being a make-up artist, she asked me my opinion (I regarded that as "quite the feather in my cap"). I used Mabelline products on my Mom & she was SO VERY THRILLED it brought us both to tears ! With regards to the 24 Hr. Lipstick..."I LOVE IT"...big time !! It does what it says it does !! Personally, I drink A LOT of tea & I also smoke, so, I don't have time to fuss about fixing with my lipstick..with Maybelline 24 Hr Lipstick...I don't NEED to. I put it on once in the morning, set it..& away I go for the day....looking & feeling great ! YEAH !! The shades a great, the prices are affordable & the quality is excellent !! Love love love this lipstick. Doesn't quite stay on the 24 hours but definitely stays on for over 8 hours even after eating, drinking and kissing my babies. Love that it doesn't rub off or leave a mark on cups or cheeks : ) I bought one color and had to go pick it up in a couple of other colors as well after I tested it out.

This product really does live up to its 24 hour stay claim. First you apply the colored gloss/stain, wait for it to dry and then put on a coat of the clear balm that comes with it. It literally will not move from your lips, and you'll have quite a task at hand when you remove your makeup at the end of the day. Completely worth it though, you can sip away on your coffee or tea mug without a single worry. It doesn't come off on mugs, glasses or clothing and it certainly doesn't smudge. Love this product!

i love how this lipstick lasts all day long and you dont have to reapply it at all through out the day

This is one of the only lipsticks that does EXACTLY what is promises-stays on your lips for 24 hours. I've tried the Avon, Clinique, Loreal, etc and none of them stay on your lips for even a few hours without running into your creases or coming off on your coffee cup, cigarette, etc. This is the only lipstick I purchase. Why waste your money on something else.

I love alllll Maybelline products

I won this in a wheel spinny thing, but it is normally around $8. The colour is really rich and it doesn't feel too drying and it passes both the kissing test and a hot and cold drink test which is awesome. Actually the only negative part about it was the next morning when I have to use a lip scrub to get the remainder of it off. The clear gloss end is super moisturizing and gives it some nice shine. The applicator for the colour is shaped really nicely and once you get used to it, it is really nice for application.

Overall I would say that it's a really solid product and when I run out I will definitely be buying again, especially in this colour.

Stays put. Just make sure you follow the instructions and apply to dry lips, let it dry, then apply the topcoat. I found this wasn't as drying as the other semi-permanent lipcolours.

I love it! Although it doesn't last 24 hours as suggested, it does last way longer than any other lipstick Ive tried! I love the gloss side you can reapply all day long so your lips will never dry out!
