Not moisturizing
I bought the pink lip balm on Amazon. I didn’t realize how pink it really was until I tried this. I looked like a child who got into her mother’s old fashioned lipstick! Plus, it was not as moisturizing as other brands. ☹️
Not a fan
I adore lipbalms and have had and tried dozens and dozens over the years but this one stood out to me as waxy, ineffective, and felt like my lips were being dried out. Too bad, the colours are cute!
wouldn't buy again
Decided to try something new and since this was on sale I took a gamble. Did not like it. Makes your lips look good glossy but other than that does not moisturize at all. Will not be buying again, I'm only using it because I don't want to waste money.
Dries out your lips!
I bought 3 different colours, the red, the pink, and the nude one. All of them just sat on my lips without actually sinking in. The worst part is that these lip balms are SUPER drying! After 20 min of applying these things, my lips became super flaky and dry, much worse than before I had applied them! Definitely won't be buying these again!
Dry lips!
Gave my lips a nice rosy colour but didn’t moisturize like Vaseline. I have very dry lips that split down the middle and this did not help them heal. Smells like cherry sweethearts, will not buy again
Pass
Personally this did not work for me at all.
It leaves a weird cast on the lips and feels extremely waxy. The lips become drier or just starts to gather up at the edges of your already dry lips and peels. Unlike the packaging of these lipsbalms, the dry chapped look is, Not cute.
Uneven pigmentation
I have purchased this in Dr. Rescue Medicated Lip Balm - Just Peachy and Moisturizing Lip Balm - Peach Kiss.
As a lip balm, both do moisturize lips, but I would not recommend either for severely chapped lips. I enjoy the menthol provided by the Dr. Rescue Medicated line, and both have pleasant scents.
My main grievance is that the pigmentation does not apply evenly in either shade. As a result, I only use these at home when I want to enjoy the scent and moisturizing effect without anyone seeing the ridiculously uneven pigmentation.
Never again
I always wanted to try it and de used it’s on sale, so why not? Right? Well although there was a little bit of colour payoff which I didn’t expect is the o my thing I liked about it. Strangely my lips were a slight bit dry but still had some moisture when I used it but after using it a couple of time my lips were just getting worse!
Chaps my lips further. Not worth the hype.
Even though it temporarily relieves some lip dryness, I have only found that this chaps my lips further. It comes in a great variety of sheer colours, but I'm sure I can find other lip products that do a better job at healing chapped lips.
Does not work, seems like it makes my lips dry out
This lip balm is very poor quality, since it not only doesn't work, but also seems to dry my lips out. I do not know why, but each time I use a baby lips lip balm my lips tend to feel dry a few hours later. The packaging is also very easily breakable, and I have dropped the balm from about 4' which resulted in completely shattering the outer cover of the balm.
