Le problème de ce produit c'est qu'il sert uniquement celle ou ceux qui ont déjà des sourcils bien fournit, ce qui n'est pas mon cas. Sinon il permet de bien fixer et mettre en place les sourcils.

Unique

I received this product for free as part of the Product Review Club. This is my first experience trying a brow product that features volumizing fibers in it. It's advertised as a mascara and does come with a mascara-like wand applicator, however, with one big difference. The tiny bristles are only on one side of the applicator, with an opposite, flat underside. I found this to be very unique and saw that it was able to hold enough product on the bristles. I didn't have to re-dip it back into the tube very much. However, the fibers were a lot smaller than I expected them to be and there was more gel/mascara than fibers, overall. In fact, I didn't see much of them after I swatched the product on the back of my hand. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be this way or whether I got a scarse batch.
In terms of application, it wasn't the easiest to work with. In areas where my brows are thicker, I found it was easy to brush the product on but on thinner areas, I'd sometimes make a mess. Using the fiber volumizer on its own, it did make the area look darker but I still saw empty patches underneath. It also isn't meant to define the brow shape but just amplify the hairs you already have. Therefore, this product should be used with another brow product in order to work at its best. In conjunction with the Brow Precise Micro Pencil from Maybelline, I did get better results, however, I initially made the mistake of applying the fibers first and then, defining with the pencil. This caused for some of the fiber gel to drag and it just looked weird. The gel also dries quickly, so you need to work fast. The second time around, I shaped with the brow pencil first and finished with a final layer of fibers. The end result was better and looked more natural. In terms of wear time, it lasted the entire day without budging. I think of this product as basically a hair spray for your brows.
Overall, it's a good product to try at least once but you do need some practice with it in order to get it right. Once you do, it does deliver volume and maintains unruly brows. I'm not sure if I'll purchase it again, but with a few improvements, I'm sure this could be an absolute winner. It's just not 100% there yet.

Works well to add volume and keep brows in place

Overall, this brow gel was pretty good. The applicator was a great shape that made accurate application pretty easy. The gel applied smoothly and the fibers certainly made the brows look a bit more voluminous. The gel also gave good hold to the brows. The only thing that didn't quite work for me was the shade that I received, "Soft brown". This was too light for my brows so it just didn't look quite right.
Overall, this is a good product at a great price so I would definitely recommend it.

Boldy pigmented brow gel

I received the Maybelline Brow Precise Fiber Volumizer from ChickAdvisor in return for a honest review. I was mailed the soft brown, which in my opinion was more on the reddy side than brown. This product claims to add colour, and hold brows in place, similar to a brow gel. Overall, I feel it does what it claims but I did not notice any of the fibres transfer from the brush to my eyebrows. I have pretty sparse eyebrows naturally and this worked more as a brow gel, compared to a brow volumizer. I found the wand to be a bit big and wished it had the brush going all the way around, instead of only on the one side. Overall, I had high expectations for this product but they fell a little short. Maybe with more practice, this product will become a favourite.

Perfect for on-the-go!

I received the Maybelline NY Brow Precise Fiber Volumizer in Soft Brown (255) for free from the ChickAdvisor review club. This product is perfect for someone who wants to do their browns quickly. The applicator is great and easy to use. The only thing is that it dries very quickly so you have to move fast. I also find that it can be used in different ways: alone - if you are going for a simple look; or after using a pencil or loose powder for a more dramatic look. I definetly recommend this product. #gift

Dark Brows. Precise.

Good product but I feel like I will only get a few uses out of it before it runs out. Other then that it has very good precision and blends well with the fiber volumizer.

Good hold and colour, weird wand

I received this product from ChickAdvisor in return for a review. I got this in the colour soft brown, which works great with my dark brown hair and fair skin.

The brow precise fibre volumizer adds colour, and I use it to hold my brows into place, although I'm not sure how much hold it adds compared to a regular brow gel.

It says it adds fibres to your brows to add thickness, and you can see the fibres on the wand, but I don't notice them on my eyebrows or when I swatch it on my hand ?? So I don't use this to add volume, just in place of my regular brow gel.

The weirdest part of this product is the wand. It's like a venus fly trap leaf - bizarre and a bit hard to use. It's almost a little bit too big for my brows for me to be super precise. I do like the teeth for combing through my eyebrows; I just wish it was a little bit thinner.

I love the cost and the product itself as a brow gel, it's just a little bit confusing overall.

Add Impact to your Eye Brow Game

Maybelline New York Brow Precise® Fiber Volumizer is kind of like a mascara wand but for your eyebrows. The brush / liquid combo seems like a good idea for your eyebrows but it does take a bit of playing around with to get the right look and even application. I felt that I would need to use it in addition to another eyebrow product to achieve the look I want. I have thin unruly eyebrows so I also need a product that can control them while filling them in. I would prefer a product that is all in one for my eyebrows but I would be willing to play around more with this one and experimenting with different looks. I would consider purchasing this product again depending on how much success I have with it and I would most likely recommend it to friends. I received this Maybelline product to try and review for free as part of ChickAdvisors Product Review Club.

Great for everyday brows!

As a mom I am always looking for products to do a quick face that allows me to look out together without too much effort. This fibre volumizer fills my brows in a couple swoops to make them look full without much work.
