Finally.... I have found a mascara worth sticking with! I was skeptical to try this product at first due to my general distaste for Maybelline mascara in the past. (I honestly have had nothing but crappy results with the Great Lash pink mascara everyone raves about and I've bought and tried it three times now. Great Lash is the only mascara I've ever hated enough to write the company about.) But back to this coolness....
I was originally drawn to this mascara by the circ-tastic bright yellow color of the container. Then I checked the price and thought it seemed very decently priced and I figured one more mascara in my already overcrowded drawer couldn't hurt. I was so pleasantly surprised by it! It goes on nice and thick, but not clumpy. It makes my lashes look huge and full, and stays on through my whole day. Another keeper, I'm chucking the rest! Maybelline... you have started to mend my broken faith and sway me back to your side.

I had been using Cover Girl mascara for a while, so I thought I'd give Maybelline a try. The yellow tube and packaging was definitely the thing that attracted me most. It was also a good size. When I got home, I was extremely excited to use it, but when I opened it, there was this weird odor. It smelled like pollen. That was a big turn off for me. The volume was great though. My lashes seemed thicker. It's not exactly smudge proof. It had caused me dark eyes a couple times, but I think it you keep your hands away from it, it will keep from smudging. To be completely honest though, if I were to buy another mascara right now, I would definitely try a different one. After a while, it doesn't seem to do the trick anymore. Just normal volume. No more colossal.

Been using this for a couple of months, and I absolutely ADORE this mascara! No clumps, and application is easy! I already have long eyelashes, and this just adds so much more volume, and makes my overall look even more beautiful.

I have been a fan of Maybelline's Volum' Express mascara for several years now as I love that it makes my lashes look thicker and fuller but I have been bowled over by Maybelline's latest edition, The Colossal Volum' Express Mascara.

Every mascara says 'no clumps' on the tube but that's not always strictly true in practice. I can actually confirm there were no clumps and after wearing all day it didn't flake either. This mascara added length to my lashes and looked incredibly light and natural on close inspection.

I tend to think its the brush that makes all the difference to the look of the lashes after application which is why I don't carry high end brands in my kit. This mascara is absolutely a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Seriously. I have used Maybelline mascara in the past and haven’t been overly impressed (I am not a huge fan of the ubiquitous pink and green tube) but after reading all the amazing reviews here I just had to try this one. I am forever on a quest for the best volumizing mascara, and I can honestly say I FOUND IT!!! It does not lie when it says it doesn’t clump, and while it’s difficult to gauge if it actually multiplies your lashes by 9x it certainly does make them appear thicker. It also made my lashes a lot longer … I even stopped using my eyeliner because I liked the way my lashes looked with this mascara alone so much! Many people have mentioned the smell and I have to say it is horrendous lol but I can only smell it for as long as I’m applying it, and then its gone. Its not terribly pricey for the quality (I saw it on sale at Pharma Plus a couple of weeks ago for 4.99 and I bought 3 tubes!)

ok im a mascara FANATIC and my classmate and friend turned me on to this and I LOVE IT, i have notoced NO smell. It dramaticaaly lenghtens my already long and curly lashes and it stays all day, and does not clump on me. Also very easliy washes off!
