If you know me, I'm always on the look out for the best mascara. Over the years, I always fall short of getting a really good mascara. I tried from brand name to drug stores - didn't find one good mascara until this awesome maybelline one! To be honest, I never buy maybelline products, so I was very surprised as how well the packaging looked when I first opened the box. The mascara has a very edgy, bold packaging and the bristle are amazing.. With just one coat, I really liked how it immediately applied to ALL my lashes..even the smallest of the smallest. The second coat makes it more dark and more volume, so its really your preference. Its short, but very effective. For less than 10 bucks, this has got to be the best deal you can ever get for a mascara. This is definitely one that I will actually go buy it when I run out of it!

You can tell it's different the first time you use it. After just one coat, I was surprised how much it lifted and seperated...and no clumps, my eyelashes were huge!
It also stood the test of an 8hr work day, no flakes...I've been using this product for a week now. I've had two girls ask what mascara I use!!! I'm not sure what type of eyelashes you may have, but you need to try this mascara!

I've tried many different mascaras but always come back to the maybelline great lash mascara user (the green/pink bottled one), you know which one I'm talking about...it's a classic. This new one does a much better job at creating volume and seperating, I am so impressed! You mean we don't have to go to the ends of the earth and pay an arm and a leg for a tiny tube of mascara? Thank you Maybelline!!

I, like many other people, was struck by the smell of this product. I've never found a mascara to have a smell before, and I would really like to know why it smells so strongly. However, I didn't find i could smell it anymore after it dried.
Initially I found the huge brush unwieldy and awkward, but once I got used to it I actually like it a lot. If I spin and zigzag the brush while applying, the coverage is amazing and really pumps up the volume. I have stubby little lashes and found this worked better and easier than the 2-step mascaras I have tried in the past. And I've also tried the predecessors of this mascara and found that it does work better than the others.

Overall, I really liked this mascara! I would buy it again, for sure. It has quite a bargain price.

I was excited to try a new mascara from Maybelline New York as I have stuck by their Great Lash for quite a few years now. I would not say it is better but it is just as good. The only thing it is lacking in comparison is the brush is bigger so I find it can't get the little lashes in the inner corner of my eye as well. But this is an excellent mascara. Very cute design too!

Tried this mascara for the first time this morning and was super impressed!
I put one coat on and there were no clumps. Two coats on...still no clumps. Three coats later...I'm completely and utterly clump-free. Despite the three coats, I still found the mascara very natural-looking and helped enhance my barely there lashes. I found this to be a much better product than the best-selling Maybelline Great Lashes (pink bottle with black cap) and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to try something new.

PS - it also was the first mascara that didn't smudge under my eyes (even in comparison to waterproof mascara)!!!

Like most of Maybelline's mascaras, I really liked this one. It added length to my lashes and made them pop. I loved the fact that it did not clump my lashes together as much as other mascaras tend to do. It does have a light scent to it, but it didn't bother me at all, I kind of liked it.
The colours of the bottle are cute and go well together, though I would prefer the bottle to be a little thinner. This one takes up more room than normal in my makeup bag. I will be buying this mascara again!

I really liked this mascara. Lots of people said it smelt weird, but I kinda thought it smelt like a rose perfume :P Maybe I just have a weird sense of smell though lol. I did find this mascara very lengthening, which is what I look for in a mascara because I have very little eye lashes.. It made me look like I was wearing fake eyelashes! I loved it! It wasn't as 'volumizing' as I thought it would be though. It didnt really thicken my eyelashes, but made them really really long. I would buy it again. Hopefully all that packaging was just for the new release thought and they kinda tone it up because it was major excessive to have it in that plastic container.

This mascara rocks. I am a big fan of Maybelline XXL mascara's and I had high hopes when I got this one.

It gave my lashes great volume with out flaking. My lashes have looked great all day without any flaking or rubbing off. The price of this mascara is great when you consider how effective it is, you could spend a lot more on a mascara that would do the same thing.

I will definetly purchase this mascara again!!

Finally a Maybelline mascara that works for me! The packaging is sure to grab your attention. I would say this mascara is comparable to DiorShow. The result are instant, even after the first coat. I usually layer on the mascara, but I found with this one I was able to just do 2/3 coats and have the same result. Like the DiorShow, it comes with a big chunky brush so it may take some getting used to, to get the inner/outer corners.
My only complaint is that it's not waterproof. When and if they make a waterproof version, it will definiately have a permanent space in my makeup bag!

I love this! In the drugstore, I was having a hard time choosing between that orange bottle covergirl stuff and this. I ended up choosing maybelline because of its awesome yellow packaging (i'm a sucker for those bright colors). I am so glad I bought this! The brush may be a bit too large to control precisely, but it makes for an even and natural coat, covering every lash. It gives me volume as well as length, without the messy clumping i usually experience. Also it comes off easily, which is a huge plus for me, I (unless I plan on swimming).
Only thing I don't like is the smell...some mascaras just stink more than others, and this is one of them (but maybe thats just me...).
Would def. buy again.
