As a makeup artist, I've tried many kinds of mascaras, and this has been my 2nd favorite. It does get old quicker than the other mascaras I've had, so you may want to think about that. It does clump if you don't know how to use it correctly.
Overall, it's about how you apply your mascaras, and your eyelashes. I have seen so many women who have no curl to them, and I just want to scream "CURL YOUR LASHES!" lol... But anyway, when I had used this on them, it still helped show them off pretty well. I find it more helpful to curl your lashes after the first coat of mascara completely dries (that's with any mascara). It's not about holding the curler to the lash line, but more about curling as you move away from the eye. Just don't squeeze too hard, otherwise you'll get kinks that are hard to get rid of.

I love this mascara!! It gives me the full and long lashes that I desire. I have tried many types of mascara from cheap to expensive and this one has been the best for me. The brush is great and I don't get any clumps. I can add a second layer and still not get clumps. I absolutely love this mascara and will continue to use it for a long time.

This is a great mascara for the price, it does a good job in separating and lengthening your lashes at a fair price. I like also that it does not flake off like some other mascara's do, that drives me absolutely nuts.

I love this mascara and keep coming back to it, it really lengthens and separates your lashes. The only thing I don't like so much is that the formula starts drying after a few uses.

Amazing!!!! I love this mascara, although the smell isn't great it does not disappoint .In my opinion its better than the falsies and would recommend it : )

I love this mascara! You have to apply a couple coats to get the look you want, but other than that it works great. If it's your first time buying this product you might be alittle surprised by the smell. It has kinda a floral scent, but it's not bad and you get used to it within a couple days. I definatly recommend this product!

This mascara worked well. It did not really alter the look of my lashes but I have naturally full, long lashes so it did not add any additional volume like i was hoping. I had to coat it about five times to get a slight fullness. It was good value for money. I would buy it again !!

This mascara adds GREAT volume on your lashes !! great for those who are too lazy to put on fake lashes and want a fake-lash look ! it does not create fly-legs. The regular price is not expensive, but you can get it on sale in SHOPPERS. I got this for $4 !!! VERY VERY WORTH IT !

Awesome Mascara. 2 coats is enough and is perfect for people with average lashes like myself. Although it starts to flake a little bit at the very end of your day. it will hold up for around 8 hours. I very much enjoyed it!!

I was not impressed with this mascara. It seemed very dry, and didn't do much for my lashes. After reading all of the reviews, I think I might give it one more try, just in case I got a bum tube. I have never been disappointed with L'Oreal Voluminous Carbon Black or Rimmel mascaras.
