I got this free from a chick advisor event and i use it daily and it really brings out my eyes, i will definately buy one when it runs out.

I like the big brush.
I wish they didn't add a rose scent to it.
When I put it on, I still see my lashes clumpy =(

I have pretty long eyelashes already and they are very curly. So what I look for the most is volume. This mascara sure gets that done for me. It also lengthes enough that my lashes touch my eyebrows. It is great alone or with any kind of eye makeup. I would recomend this to anyone. I love the huge brush and the thickness of the mascara. It never clumps and doesn't spider out on you no matter how many layers you put on. I will never use anything else. Plus it is inexpensive for what it does.

a lot of mascara would run on me and the one i used before this was water resistant and even with make-up remover hard to get off but Colossal Volum’ Express Mascara is amazing it lasted all day and did run when i put it on my lashes looked instantly bigger and it didn't clump Ive stopped looking i have finally found the perfect mascara i haven't tried anything else sense its come out

At first I was not a fan of this product, all the above comments about clumping pretty much describe my first few experiences. However, after a little experimentation I found that I liked it quite a bit.
The one thing that I found made a huge difference was wiping of the brush before using it. Just give it a quick swipe with a kleenex, taking off 75% of the mascara from the brush and it works wonderfully!
The bottle doesn't seem well designed, leaving too much product, by wiping it off you still get the great colour, and huge lashes, but without the clumping.

BIgger better lashes with out spending 12 dollars. IT lifts and seperates lashes beautifully

Another disappointment! I gave this mascara a shot hoping it would give me big beautiful lashes, but I ended up having clumped, flakey lashes! The masacara is fine with one coat - but unfortunately one coat isnt enough (to get the look they promise anyway). When you apply multiple coats, the lashes clump and stick together, leaving you with "spidery eyes". When you apply oh so carefully to avoid the spider-eyed look, I found that througout the day the mascara flaked leaving little black spots under my eyes.

Also suprisingly this mascara had a very strong odor.... very "floral-y". Scents do not bother me but someone who is sensitive I wouldn't recommend that you try this mascara as it lingers for awhile.

I was not impressed. It gave me clumpy, spider-eyes and I thought it smelled really bad. I threw it away.

This mascara was really a disappointment. Overall, I like maybelline mascaras, but this one is definitely not a keeper. The wand was rather large, and it made my lashes clumpy and spidery. I also didn't like the fact that it didn't do well with multiple coats and it also flakes quite a bit. It just didn't give me the "colossal" lashes that is promises. But even more so than that, I'm not sure if it was the one that I got, but the scent was so strong and off-putting that it made my eyes water. The mascara itself also seemed to irritate my eyes and I had to stop wearing it. I tried a couple different times to see if it was just a coincidence, but it seemed to bother me each time. I know of some people that really like this mascara and are happy with it, but it is not a product that I can personally recommend and I wouldn't purchase it again.

This mascara was a huge disappointment! I had used Maybelling for many years (way back when they had the little red "spit box" with the brush) ...l not too many of you will remember this one. Anyway, I was not happy with the Colossal Volume mascara. It went on in messy globs and there was no way you could put on a second coat to enhance your lashes. They went stiff and spiky, and I prefer a more natural look. I found it flaked onto my cheeks too ... not a good look!
