I bought this mascara for 2 reasons, one, I don't have a favourite or even semi-favourite mascara so I'm on a constant hunt for a cheap fix, and two, it was on sale.

The reviews I'd read were mostly favourable so I gave it a shot, it was fine for the first few weeks but the brush soon became overly gunked no matter if I wiped it off for every application. I feel like the formula is way too thick for the brush. I keep meaning to throw it away but I need another cheap replacement. Not recommended.

I was not impressed with this mascara. It seemed very dry, and didn't do much for my lashes. After reading all of the reviews, I think I might give it one more try, just in case I got a bum tube. I have never been disappointed with L'Oreal Voluminous Carbon Black or Rimmel mascaras.

The first thing I noticed about this mascara is the smell, it is the main reason I do not use it. I have very long lashes and this mascara makes them look very fake- not a look I like. I will not buy this product again as I was not pleased with it.

I bought this because of the commercials on TV but I won't buy it again. Maybe I'll try Cover Girl. I had a favourite from Avon but they aren't making it anymore. This wasn't supposed to clump but it did. Did not like this and sure don't know why it's rated #2.

I did not like this product, I expected "Colossal" eyelashes and got nada lashes...I really was disappointed. It was just like thin black liquid that went on my lashes and sat there. I wouldn't recommend this product.

I was fairly disappointed with this mascara. I would say it was just about average, or below average. First of all, I do not think this mascara does what it claims: which is to add Volume (it's in the name!). My lashes were very separated, and they looked less 'volumized' wearing this mascara vs. not wearing any mascara at all! Another thing I did not like about it is that at the end of the day, it was very flaky. Other than that, the mascara is pretty average. The price is good, the quality is OK, but the effectiveness is below average (for me).

i like it its okay and makes you lashes look nice but the price is somewhat high but it hink it actually works.

I bought this mascara in glam brown and it went on pretty much black. It gave me some length but not as much volume as I would expect. I had to apply many coats to achieve noticeable volume. The smell isn't bad but it's strong which bothered me a little but it's tolerable. I didn't experience any smudging or raccoon eyes. I prefer the Falsies over this mascara. The Falsies mascara gives my lashes more volume and length. Colossal is an average mascara. I definitely won't be buying it again.

This worked for me initially; gave me nice volume, a tint to my lashes and I didnt mind the sickening rose scent at all. But then it started smudging on me. Huge, ugly racoon smudges, Every day without fail. I tried using UDPP and a mascara primer to no avail. It's really too bad,I rather liked this product.

I use this product sometimes.

Not my first choice but Im pretty picky and have sparse straight lashes so I dont think most volume mascaras actually work. This one is ok
