I personally love this stuff. I have been using it for a while now. Could not be happier with this product.!!

Dear god. Worst eye liner i have ever bought. And i buy quite a few for dance. It's way too soft of a consistency for eye liner. Ever without smudging, it still looks awful. After a maximum of an hour it's smudged halfway down your eye. Doesn't stay put whatsoever and it creates dark rings of black.
REVIEW: At first, I was so excited to get this product. I heard a lot of great things and I loved the packaging. (It's neon green so of course it's a conversation starter) I was also loved this product when I first started using it. I loved how bold and black it was (I'm wearing it in my icon picture, and just look how defined that line is), but unfortunately this product started to disappoint me. It smudges like crazy, and it doesn't last long. When you reapply it, it just smudges eve more, causing even more of a mess, causing you to look like a raccoon. This is definitely NOT a good product, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Unfortunately, I would not recommend any Maybelline eyeliner to anyone. (At least, according to my experience).
The first time I used to eyeliner the nice pointy end of it got mushed as it came out of the packaging! But I managed to get it formed back in to something useable and have been happy ever since. This goes on beautifully!! No more pulling my eye apart to get some liner to stay on! It did melt on to my upper lid as soon as I opened my eye but after I applied eyeshadow it stayed put for the rest of the day. I think it's safe to say that this is my new favorite liner.
This is a great drugstore eyeliner. It comes with a smudger tip at the end for more smoked out lines, which is how I wear it.
I like many things about this liner. First, it glides on like butter which means no tugging. Once smudged, it stays on in place. I wouldn't recommend it for the waterline though, it isn't meant for that. For lining lash lines, this one wins in my book. I have it in Slate Grey, and it is great for work or a natural makeup day.
I definitely recommend this eyeliner. It is great as a base under eye shadows to intensify their colour, but also as a basic starter eyeliner. Love!
it's a love hate thing i have. i wouldn't buy it again, but it was definitely a smooth application. but i found that it smudged too easily. it's great for the smokey eye look b/c it's really easy to blend, but i wouldn't buy it just for that one look.
I've used every type of eye-liner out there: pencil, liquid, gel and of course - well, what would you call this type? - lipstick style eyeliner? You get what I mean. A pencil eyeliner without the wood or the sharpening.
Lately all I've been using is this eyeliner. I love the fact that you don't have to worry about having a sharpener handy all the time and there's no risk of accidentally scratching your cornea with that bit of wood you didn't see sticking out the end (tell me I'm not the only one). It always goes on smoothly and is perfect for achieving a smokey eye since it comes with a sponge built in. It lasts all day, although I do notice the depth of the black fades a bit throughout the day.
If you're somebody who likes to get really thin lines with their eyeliner, this product isn't the best for that since you can't sharpen it to a perfect point like you can with a pencil liner.
People who will want this product are people who are in a rush to do their makeup, don't like carrying around extra accessories, like thicker lines and easy blending capabilities.
I usually use a pencil liner, but this is product was a welcomed change. It went on smoothly and stayed all day.
I bought this eyeliner a couple months ago and am still using it. I kind of regret buying it though.
I find that the best things about it would have to be the smudger and sharpener on the other end and the fact that it glides on quite smoothly. But it isn't worth it! This eyeliner smudges wayyyy too much. I end up looking like a panda by the end of the day. I find myself wiping away the smudges under my lower lash line causing pre-mature wrinkling. If you want the smokey look, I guess this eyeliner would be for you. But if you want definition and a clean look, I would suggest going for a waterproof liner. And one more thing, this liner does NOT last long so I have to constantly reapply throughout my day!
