I was given the Mabelline Dream Blender for free to be reviewed theough the Product Review Club. I find the product just "meh".While it does help blend the liquid foundation evenly, it feels very awkward to use and I'm nervous about it breaking.mI would be happier using just a regular make-up sponge. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

This product was disappointing. I was hoping for a beauty blender type of product but this misses the mark. My biggest problem with this dream blender is that it is too hard and stiff to do anything. I would rather use a cheap makeup sponge from the dollar store than this. It would work way better. I also found it way too small, it took way too long to cover my face and I found it left marks of where it had been instead of "Dream Blending." Skip this and get a drug store beauty blender knock off instead... save your money!

Dissappointed

I received this for free to try and even before when I saw it in stores I knew it was not something that would appeal to me. For the sake of the review I tried it dry and damp and it lasted about 2 seconds before I threw it aside for my Beauty Blender. It's not even a good dupe or a mediocre one at that. It's absolutely terrible. It's so hard that it doesn't blend anything in, it just pushes it around, and it doesn't feel nice at all against the skin. I do not recommend this at all.

Fun little tool, to help you with all the blending process. Comes with instructions, so after few times using it, you'll do it like a pro :)
Adds smooth blending to your foundation application routine!

I received this from the Product Review Club and I must say, I am impressed. Packaging is really nice but I wasn't quite sure how to use it at first glace as I am usually a finger applicator, not a sponge person. The handle is a bit short for my liking but once you finally get the firm idea on how to use it properly, it works like a charm. It gets into all the little nooks and crannies on the face, making sure you have full coverage on your face.

First Impressions:
- sponge is not very flexible
- handle is initially a little awkward to hold

Pros:
- really effective at evenly dispersing the foundation around the face
- like how it means I don't have to use my fingers

Cons:
-awkward to hold
-sponge is not as springy as I would like
- would not put the product directly on the sponge because it makes the tool really hard to get clean

Additional Notes:
-if you moisten the product before each use, it spreads the foundation more evenly
-the key is to use the tool to build layers of foundation

I tried this tool, but I find it just doesn't work as well as a cosmetic sponge. I like my sponges! If found it a bit to "dense" for my liking.

The Dream Blender compared to others, is just a good or better than other "beauty blenders" I have tried!

It was very easy to use and it made the application of the foundation so much better. I didn't see any streaks in the foundation when I applied it. I will make sure to always use it with the foundation and I will recommend it to my friends.

I received this as part of the product review club. I had never used a blender before, so I read up on how to use it. This sponge works well, I like that it is on a handle. It blends and smooths lines as intended.....but to me it is not necessary. We were born with 10 blenders!! My fingers work just as well!!
