MAYBELLINE NEW YORK DREAM MATTE MOUSSE FOUNDATION

This is definitely a full coverage foundation, very heavy and caky. If you need something for photos/videos I would recommend this as it will cover every small blemish on your face. As far as an every day foundation I would stay away from this as you can feel it on your face. It settled into lines and wrinkles throughout the day and if I touched my face it would smear.

Full coverage

This is my go to foundation, full coverage, great for covering blemishes with a nice matte finish. Really good for anyone with skin on the oily side. However if you have any sort of dry patches on your skin it does tend to highlight this.

This foundation is perfect for warm to hot weather because it's not heavy on the face. It feels super lightweight. I like that it doesn't oxidize and it can give medium to full coverage.

Trop mousseux

Je n'ai pas trop aimer ce produit. Je trouve qu'il faisait des mottons sur notre visage. Il ne s'étendais pas trop bien. En plus, on ne peut plus trouver parce qu'il est discontinuer maintenant. Mais c'est pas une grosse perte. Je préfère en liquide ou crémeux mais pas de cette façon la.

Creamy and rich

this foundation is very creamy and light when applied it creates the feel of almost bare skin. i’m very pale so found it difficult to match a shade to my colour so the one i bought was a bit orange but i mixed it with another foundation and it made a lovely mix

Light and good coverage

This foundation is so light and creamy. When applied to the skin it goes on evenly and covers all lines and flaws. The foundation although light gives a good coverage and lasts all day. Bargain price for such a good product.

Good for light coverage

Really great product for someone that wants minimal coverage. When used as a light coverage it is a really nice airy foundation. Leaves skin feeling soft and hides pores well. Not good if you wear a lot of foundation like I do though because it oxidizes and leaves skin oily if you use a thicker layer.

Waste of money

This was a waste of money. The goundation was not creamy nor liquid. It seems like powdery and doesn’t blend well on skin. Within a week, it seems to be dry and more powdery and was not able to use as a foundation.

The texture isn't right for a foundation

A friend gave me this because the colour was wrong for her. I wanted to like it, but honestly foundation isn't the right product for a mousse texture like this one. When I apply it, I get little bits of mousse scattered around that seem to pill up rather than blending in, and it leaves a very matte, almost powdery finish. I prefer a dewey finish for my dry skin. It's also very light coverage, so you end up using a lot if you want to build it up at all. As mousse cosmetics go, their blush is better.
