It didn't work for me!

I didn't like it. It is heavy, breaks out, makes my skin even oiler. It is cheap but not worth it. I stopped using it after a few times. I don't think it is suitable for oily skins even though is supposed to make our skin matte.

I tried this foundation and liked it. It is not greasy and has pretty good coverage. i just found that there isn't much in the little jar I think its for someone that doesn't need a full face of foundation.

Loved this product.

I used to use this product everyday! I switched a couple times to try another kind here and there. But it will always be one of my favorite foundations.

Maybelline New York Dream Matte Mousse Foundation

The Maybelline New York Dream Matte Mousse Foundation is a great full coverage foundation, A little goes a long way when using this foundation. The container seems so small but it lasts quite a while since you need so little to cover your whole face. This foundation is quite thick and heavy I wouldn't recommend for anyone that suffers from oil skin as I can see it making your face too oily. it always helps to cover your face with powder after foundation to set it and give you a matte look if that is what you prefer. Maybelline offers some great setting powders.

it was too cakey

i found it layed in the creased in my face and around my nose and you could see every line on my face. i even tried applying it different ways and i still didnt like the outcome

My go to foundation

I love that you only need a small amount to Cover your entire face and it's lasts for hours and is incredible for hiding eyebags lol it leaves my skin feeling smooth and I have very sensitive skin but this stuff works wonders

Who needs airbrushing!?

I absolutely love the Dream Matte Mousse foundation. As a teen, and into my early 20s I constantly had breakouts. I always feel so self conscious about my complexion. I have tried every foundation, at every price point, and this is THE winner. It makes your skin look flawless, leaves it moisturized and their huge variety of shades helps avoid any unfortunate incidents when your neck is a different colour of your face!! LOVE IT!

An absolute gem

I love the texture of this product in the jar and when applied. It does a fantastic job of smoothing out unevenness and red spots. It also feels very light on your face and is great for all day wear.

Worth a try

I love the light weight formula and the buildable coverage it provides. Dont love the packaging and i feel like constantly putting fingers or sponges into the container breeds bacteria. I pick this up when its on sale so i have a cheap backup foundation for beach days etc.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago after I read all the positive reviews on here, I have always been a Maybelline user and was thrilled with this matte mousse foundation. It is just like thick mousse, at first I used too much, you do not need a lot to cover your face and it blends really well, perfectly if you apply moisturizer first. The glass bottle seems small, its appears that you will go through this quickly, and you will wonder if perhaps its a waste of money, I assure you that NO, its not, I have used about a 1/4 of the jar in 2 weeks and I wear it 5-6 days per week.
