I unfortunately did not like the blender of this product. I was sent this to review!! I absolutely LOVEEEEEEE THIS FOUNDATION . When it goes on it is so smooth and makes my skin almost poreless ( im assuming because of the high silicone content) and it did stay hydrating from the glycerine. I would put this up there with a high end foundation, its really wonderful and it has all day staying power, I would say a FULL 10 hours, which doesn't happen with a lot for me as my foundations typically wear off quite fast. I WILL BE BUYING ONE FOR MYSELF AFTER THIS TUBE IS GONE.Thank you chick advisor :) :)

I received this foundation from Chickadvisor for review purposes and I have been using it for a week now. My first impression was that it's a bit dry, but I started using a moisturizer under it and it blends a lot better. The shade I got is darker than usual, but the coverage is really good and it lasts all day long. For a drugstore foundation, this is a really good choice!

I'm not sure which "I-word" I should use here but it's either "impressed" or "insulted" because my husband's reaction was "Wow, honey you look way younger!" :) I was fortunate to try Maybelline New York Dream Foundation as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club and I absolutely love it! I'm a huge fan of their Dream Matte Mousse products so I was surprised that I found something else I loved even more. The texture of the foundation is initially very thick out of the tube but a little goes a long way. I used about 3 peas' worth of foundation to get really great coverage on my face. There is no scent. The texture is super smooth to put on. I love the soft matte finish. It lasted the whole day and I didn't feel like I had anything on! I found that the foundation works really well with the Dream Blender which surprised me as I usually think it's easier or better control to apply foundation with my hands. This will definitely replace my existing foundation. Love!!

So i got this foundation and was wondering how i was going to feel about it. I tried it the same night i received it and was HAPPY! This foundation was sheer and light, and actually feels like a velvet cloth going over my skin. Amazing feel. The coverage is very light, so its doesn't cover every single flaw, but i layered it on for a night wear event and felt great. There was no caking or tight feel. I will def be using again.

I really do love this foundation. White it's not entirely matte, it does cut down on the shine I usually have to deal with. I only need a tiny amount to get coverage on my entire face and it blends really nicely. I chose Classic Ivory as the shade to try and it matches perfectly. This foundation actually lasts throughout the whole day which is a first for me. I do notice a little bit of break up around my nose where I get super oily, but I can just cover up with a powder and I'm good for the rest of the day. I will definitely be repurchasing this when I run out.

I usually use a air brushed foundation. when I was chosen to try maybelline's dream velvet foundation I was excited. it has a creamy feel and a soft finish when applied. I liked the fact that it was light on my face, I like the matte finish makes me feel younger. I would recommend it to friends and family. I have found my new foundation :)

I received the Maybelline New York Dream velvet foundation to try through Chickadvisor. I was curious to test out this new foundation which claimed to be hydrating and leaves you with velvet feel. Putting in the foundation was easy with beauty blender I received to try with the foundation. I found that foundation doesn't make you face feel heavy or dries it out. I'm quite happy and surprised the foundation lasted all day without any touch ups. I usually have to fix my foundation by lunch time. It did a great job hiding my troubles spots and didn't make my face look cakey. I would definitely recommend it to anyone searching for a great foundation.

Absolutely loved the Maybelline New York Dream Velvet Foundation! Unlike foundation that I've used in the past, it did not leave my face shiny or greasy. Instead, it blended in perfectly with my skin and looked natural (matte). It also lasted all day and did not leave creases. Absolutely delighted!

color is great. leaves skin feeling great not greasy. will definitely buy it and recommend it. coverage is great.

I received this foundation from the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I chose shade #20 Classic Ivory and it matched my skin tone really well. I usually use Maybelline BB Cream in shade Light/Medium and this was on-par colour wise. I really liked how smoothly it applied and I found it blended really well on my skin (I used the Dream Blender for application.) I would say it was a good medium coverage, which I was happy with. The foundation held fairy well on my skin throughout the day and only caked slightly in my smile lines. I found the caking diminished when I applied a bit of translucent powder over the foundation. I was thoroughly impressed with the Dream Velvet Foundation. I stayed matte all day and still looked good when I got home from work. I would definitely repurchase.
