Pour le prix, c'est un bon produit. Il offre une très bonne convrance de la peu sans toute de fois être lourd. En plus, l'effet dure toute la journée. Je n'ai pas eu besoin de faire des retouches durant la journée.

As it turns out, I am not ivory. It was very hard to select the correct skin tone when presented with the options from Chick Advisor when registering online for this sample. I have a pale complexion and sometimes find even the lightest shade of foundation to be too dark. I took a risk and went with ivory, but unfortunately it did not pay off, which is a shame because I really would like to wear it out in public.

Ignoring the fact that it did not match my skin tone at all, the foundation was light and smooth on my skin. It didn't cover all of my skin imperfections, but it also didn't look caked on. This foundation provided a very natural type of coverage that is that little something extra to wear under a translucent powder for day-to-day wear. I found removing it a breeze and it did not leave any residue on my skin.

I was pleasantly surprised when trying the new Maybelline Foundation. I've had wonderful experience with Maybelline the past including their Fit Me Foundation, Dream Liquid Foundation and many other products. I knew this product wouldn't disappoint me but I was able to find some pro's and con's of the product that I wanted to share:

Pro's
+ Gave my skin an airbrushed finish when blended out properly
+ Lightweight, nongreasy feeling
+ Easily available at the Drugstore
+ Lasted 12+ hours on the skin with fading or oxidizing

Con's
+ Shade (Porcelain Ivory) was a bit orange for my skin tone
+ Dried very quickly on the skin so I had to work in small sections
+ Price point is a bit high for the product considering its competition

I found this product to be more like a BB cream than a full coverage foundation. It is very smooth, which I like, but I sometime have breakouts and I wouldn't choose this product to cover up my trouble spots.

This product is perfect to smooth out small imperfections. I like the formula, but next time would choose a lighter shade.

The foundation smooths on nicely and doesn't leave a heavy, wet feeling. It is very light..almost too light. I did not feel that it had great coverage and had to add a little more than I would normally wear. Once I added more, it set nicely and lasted all day.

I liked the effect on my skin. It was soft and I doesn't look like I put on foundation. It doesn't hide all the imperfections, but I prefer that than feeling I have too much make up.

I'm not one to wearing a lot of foundation so I did find this a little heavy but I did enjoy it and if the blender worked a little better it would have made application much easier! :)

I love this foundation! I hate foundations that feel like a mask.I am naturally very pale and have a hard time finding foundation that don't make me look like a ghost or are too dark and my face don't match the rest of me

I was concerned when I first opened the foundation (Soft Honey) that I would look like an Oompa Loompa... it just seemed so ORANGE!! I thought I'd give it a try anyway, and am I ever happy I did! It did not appear orangey on my face AT ALL! It is a little dark, I think one shade lighter would be perfect for my complexion, but the Soft Honey will be perfect in the summer when I have a bit of a tan.
The coverage is flawless, and I love how you can build the coverage if you need a little more. Dream Velvet is the perfect name for this foundation, as my skin felt sooooo velvety. Just remember, a little goes a long way.
My only slight complaint about the product, is that it needs to be applied quickly to prevent patchiness
