I received the Maybelline New York Face Studio Master Camo Colour Correcting Kit for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

This kit is used to Correct, Conceal and Highlight skin tones. The kit is a great size to throw in my makeup bag, yet it still has all the colours I would need to fix skin colour issues. The palette is very creamy and very blendable. I found it worked great on my dark circles. There was a little creasing, but I think that was due to the applicator that came with the kit, I believe I would get better results with a better brush.

The highlighter was fantastic! A little on my brow bones and cheek bones really made my makeup look complete.

This kit is a great addition to my makeup routine. I would definitely purchase again / recommend to friends. #gotitfree

Great coverage and easy to blend!

Really like this kit (I have mine in the Light colour) ! I use the green colour the most because I have a lot of redness and it covers my redness very well but also is easy to blend so it cant be seen under my foundation! I have tried all the different products in this kit, except for the darker concealer because it currently doesn't match my skin tone, and found that they all blend easily, are pigmented and actually work in helping colour correct my face.

I would repurchase this product and I would recommend this to friends!

I received the Maybelline New York Facestudio Master Camo Colour Correcting Kit in the shade #300 Deep courtesy of ChickAdvisor to review (#igotitfree). Colour correcting, concealing and highlighting are all part of my everyday makeup routine so I was very excited to try this product. I really like the packaging as it is compact and sleek; excellent for travelling. I was not a fan of the applicator that came with the kit though.

As for the colour actual products they blend out smoothly and are buildable. I do find that they do not provide me with the same level of coverage as my high end products.

I think this is a good beginners kits for those new to colour correcting and for those that may be looking to save some money as those high end products generally run for three to four times the price of this kit.

I was excited to try out this Camo palette because it has so many colours to collect issues that you may on your face, spots that you want to hide/conceal etc.

I like the packaging because there is no strange applicator that comes with this, which often takes up extra space and the package is slim and light.

The product works okay. I prefer my high-end correctors and concealers much more, but this was fun to try, better for days where you just want to wear light makeup.

I received this product to test for free as part of the Product Review Club. When I first saw this product, I thought it looked very professional. I have a very similar correcting kit from a higher end brand that delivers the same concept and for which I paid triple the amount for. I think Maybelline's version is a great compromise for those wanting to save money but still get quality results. The Master Camo Colour Correcting Kit in "Light" is divided into three sections: Correct (yellow and green), Conceal (peachy beige and a yellow-toned beige), Highlight (light pink-toned beige and a shimmery/pearlescent rose beige). I found the consistency to be very creamy and blendable and they are pigmented enough to do the job of correcting and concealing. The green shade covered redness really well, especially around my nose. I also blended the two concealer shades together to cancel out my undereye circles almost completely, which was impressive. I was disappointed to see, however, that after a few hours, the product did settle into fine lines and I would have to smooth it out again. The matte highlighter was best for brightening features like the bridge of my nose, browbone or cupid's bow while the shimmery shade provided a delicate glow to my cheekbones. I applied the correct and conceal shades under my foundation and they blended in really nicely. I was afraid the green shade, especially, would have looked odd under the foundation, but that was not the case. The highlighter shades went over the foundation and they did not disrupt the finish. I wouldn't hesitate purchasing this kit as it offers excellent value and it is multipurpose. Great for travelling too!

I wasn't too sure how to use a correcting kit, so I took to YouTube for some tips. I ended up using the correcting kit to cover some dark spots and under eyes circles, and I have to say, SO impressive! Once you get the hang of using the kit, you can significantly improve your look.

I received my kit in color Deep. Perfect for my skin tone. If you are new to using a correcting kit, I would highly recommend that you watch a few tutorials first.

I received this product for free from ChickAdvisor and Maybelline. Honestly, I have never used a colour correcting kit before so I was excited to try it, although I was not exactly sure how to use it at first. After doing my research via Google I figured out what each colour is supposed to do and how to apply it. I received the medium skin tones, which perfectly complimented my skin tone. I am very fortunate that I naturally have an even and smooth skin tone. Normally I will just use a pressed powder to eliminate any shine. I do have mild dark circles under my eyes due to lack of sleep and an overall busy life style. I was able to mostly conceal the dark circles under my eyes, although the product did have a bit of creasing. All colours went on smoothly and blended pretty well. I did have a few pimples and this product helped hide the redness. I was not a huge fan of the highlighter because I prefer a more natural look, but I will definitely continue to use all of the other colours in this kit. Overall, I really enjoyed having the opportunity to try this product and I would buy it in the future.

We all need a little camouflage now and then...
For review purposes, I was fortunate to get to try Maybelline's new Master Camo color correcting kit, courtesy of Maybelline and Chickadvisor. This compact little palette has 2 color correctors in green and yellow, two shades of concealer, and 2 highlighters. This kit is so convenient. I love having everything in one compact. Both the concealers, and color correctors apply fairly sheer, and tend to gather in fine lines if too much product is applied. I did find that I had to set it fully to keep it in place. The rose toned highlighter is lovely, especially for a nice summery glow.

I received this product for free from chick advisor review club. I thought this product was pretty good. It blended well and covered any problem areas I have (under eyes, occasional blemish) and it wasn't overly thick and heavy (like some other brands can be), instead it had a creamy texture but was easily blended out and had decent staying power. I like the variety of shades included as well so you can custom blend a perfect shade to match your skin tone. Overall 4/5 stars on this one.
