Minimum coverage, and left my skin looking dry and “cakey”. I would not repurchase this foundation. I tried two different shades and both failed miserably.
Best drugstore foundation
Since I've hit the 30 year mark, I have found it harder to find a good foundation. I have tried many, some irritated my skin and others dried it out. I have found some bb creams but those don't cover well.. Now to tell you about maybeline fit me I went to their website and did the quiz to find my shade, it was spot on. The first time I applied it I was amazed on the coverage and it blended well. It did not dry my skin out either.. I will be buying again and I recommend it to anyone.
I love this foundation!!!!!!!!
When i first bought this foundation i was skeptical because so many people told me it oxidizes really badly and that its not build able. I find this foundation amazing!! It doesn't oxidize and its build able!! it makes me feel like i am not even wearing foundation with how light weight it is!!
Best foundation I've ever tried!
This is the best foundation I've ever used, and it's so cheap! It's so worth it because it applies and stays like a high quality foundation. It matches my skin tone perfectly and makes my skin look flawless.
Always a repurchase
I have extremely dry skin and this is my go to formula for foundation that doesn’t leave me looking dry and flaky. Lots of color selection and always at a great price! My number 1 recommended and always a repurchase.
New drug store go-to! Best colour match
I've been on the eternally frustrating search for a foundation that; actually matches my skin, isn't crazy matte, won't make my dry skin look worse, light/medium coverage, & doesn't cost $30+. This is it! I am shade 110, the formula is of course Dewey as its geared towards dryer skins, the coverage is lighter but still visible, and I think I got it for $8 at Walmart. I use too faced hangover primer with it, and generally don't use setting powder, but if I do I find it still doesn't become cakey/flakey. My only criticism would be that it would be so much better if the bottle had a pump, but it's $8 so I can't complain really.
Maybelline Foundation
I would recommend this foundation to someone who is on a budget and is looking for something with long coverage. Fit Me comes in so many different variety of colours so there is always something for someone.
Literally fits me!
I have been using a high end brand for many years. It, like so many others did not live up to it's promises. After retirement I decided to discover other make-up products that were good, but at a fraction of the cost. I discovered Fitme through a make-up artist friend. I have been using it for several weeks now, and I'm very happy with it. Goes on nicely, fair coverage, great price, good colour match for my skin. I also use powder over it. I wish I would have learned long ago that a high price tag does not mean a superior product!
Pretty good for drugstore!
Im always down to try new foundations so I picked up one from this line. Maybelliene offers two different sets of foundations in this line: Dewy + Smooth or Matte + Poreless, which is amazing, because you really get to choose one thats right for your skin type. I ended up picking up the Dewy + Smooth because I have combination skin. I really like the pigmentation and how the foundation sets, even on top of moisturizer. It lasts all day however, the only drawback was that by mid day, I found my T-zone to be quite oily. Im guessing that has to do with the me purchasing the Dewy + Smooth, so next time, Im going to try the Matte + Poreless. I would still recommend this product to anyone out there looking for a foundation! For a drugstore product, it really is a bang for your buck!
Good
I tried this and I was pleased that the pigmentation was on point and I got it on sale. Its easy to blend and covers well. My only thing is that it tends to flake and creates a dry effect throughout the day.
