Its good for its price- but i wish it was more long lasting
Let me just say, you cannot go wrong with this foundation if you're on a budget! If you love full coverage, matte foundations like I do - this will be your go-to; your best friend! Even though I have incredibly dry skin that needs to be exfoliated and moisturized regularly, I still love and always will love a matte foundation - especially a full coverage one. This foundation is so lightweight and literally will leave your skin looking flawless and face-tuned. Who doesn't want that, right?! I love Maybelline's Super Stay Full Coverage Foundation, don't get me wrong - but this one will always have such a special place in my heart. There's just something about its formula that makes it better than the Super Stay. I cannot say enough good things about this foundation. If it were ONLY JUST in a pump, though! That would make everything perfect and would earn a 5-star rating from me. I hate that you have to pour it out because that can easily turn into such a messy situation where you may accidentally pour out too much product and end up wasting it! Anywho, seriously, just drop everything and pick up this foundation! I promise you won't regret it at all.
Not good at all
I would not recommend this product
First of all it doesn’t come in push bottle which is a huge huge disappointment
Second it makes my skin more dry and flaky and it fades away with time doesn’t last long
It’s ok
I’ve used this for a while now and I have grown kind of bored of it. Nothing super fancy or special about it. It fit my budget at the time. Not sure I’ll buy it again tho.
okay product, won't purchase again
I purchased this foundation in the lightest shade possible. It still threw an orange undertone. It is also much to oily for parts of my combination skin.
To repair this, I used another foundation I had that was too dry but about the right shade for me, and mix them. This has enabled me to use up both products with better results/finish.
When you find the right one let me know!
I have tried a few of the Maybelline Fit Me Matte and Poreless and there is also one for Oily skin as well. Both went terribly wrong. I wear makeup everyday. I know I’m not a guru but I know my makeup and this was a train wreak for me.
It separated from my skin, even after setting with powder. Some times the foundation would come back off onto the beauty sponge as I was trying to apply it. Then, for being a matte foundation it left me looking like an oil slick.
I apologize for the harsh reality but so many people hype up this foundation because of the price. But it is NOT worth leaving the house looking patchy.
But, with that being said I really like their new Superstay foundation! It’s roughly $13 we’re I live but worth the price for a pretty full coverage foundation!
Foundation
I've been hooked on this foundation as a summer humidity staple, or when I need more coverage. I've had no issue with pilling. It wears well and looks finished. I'm acne prone, sensitive, dry skin and this sets, covers (spot or full) and can be used as a decent concealer for under eye circles. Because of skin issues I'm very picky and so happy that this works for me without the itchies!
Not the best, not the worst
The fit me foundation line has a good varietyof skin tones to choose from and cover pretty well, however, both bottles i purchased end up leaving my face very oily. I dont recommend for ladies with oily skin or a night out as its very oily in pictures.
Go to when stuck
This foundation is great for someone who isn't In to spending alot on foundation. You are sure to find a match for most. I personally find it doesn't last all day and needs to be touched up. It's my goto when i run out of my usual
Way over-rated
I tried this because of all the YouTube reviews, the matte+poreless version was too drying so I thought this would work with my skin type but it did the same thing where it clings to my dry spots and makes me look like a cakey mess, plus the range of colors isn't very good, even the lightest shade was too dark
Where Do I begin?
I wanted to try Fit Me foundation for quite some time but the price was insane at the pharmacy. A couple of weeks ago it was on sale for $6.99 down from $13+ and figured it was a good time to try the Hydrate and Smooth formula in Nude Beige. That was a big mistake! Within a couple of hours the makeup disappeared and my face felt oily, loaded with shine and dirty. I tried so many applications, with & without moisturizer, toner only, toner & moisturizer....absolutely every application had the same final negative result. The plus side was applying with a blending sponge was easy. Come to think of it that was the ONLY positive of the experience.
