I used to really like this mascara. It worked really nice and a great price. However, I bought 2 of them from Walmart (on sale). And both were extremely dry and barely any mascara in the tubes (its as though the tubes were used and then repackaged). Very disappointing. So I basically used them for 2 days and had to throw them out. Not sure if this was just a fluke or represents how the mascara is changing,

It's cheap. However, it may be fabulous for some, but it is way too basic for my liking. Much better mascaras out there, in my opinion.

Was recommended to me by a friend. Looks great on her but clumps miserably on me. Not worth it.

Love the Blue most of all, brings out my eyes and poped them out... And most of all it did not clump up ...

This by FAR is the best mascara on the market. I have been using this since I was a teenager. Mind you I do try newer mascaras out there, but I always end up coming back the pink tubed mascara. It glides on easy, glossy , separates the lashes very nicely and lengthens them beyond any of the mascaras I have tried so far~~ So as for me.. I will stick to the tried and true Pink Tube mascara~~ I just SIMPLY love it!

i have not bought this product since i was a teenager. and i wish i had not at 50! it is way to globby and wet. i would not recommend this. spend twice as much for less problematic mascara!!!

This is a great mascara, especially for the price. The formula is a nice consistency and the brush is effective. I like the Very Black colour; it lengthens and thickens my lashes to really make my eyes stand out.

Maybelline Great Lash used to be one of my favourites but I think they changed the formula. The last two times I have used it the mascara bleeds under my lower lashes and it irritates my eyes to the point of watering so I am forced to wash it off and start again. Very disappointed.

I love love LOVE the royal blue..Its funky and trendy and gorgeous. MAKES my eyes just POP ....I purchased at regular price and it was worth every cent !! Ive recommended it to many friends who also LOVE it...Wears well..all day ...doesnt clump.

I tried Great Last way back in the day. I hated it and have written it off ever since for everything from Dior & YSL to Cover Girl. A few weeks ago, I was at the drugstore and feeling a bit disillusioned with my choices, so I picked up a tube in the Very Black shade. It was cheap.; $4.99 I think.

And you know what? I kinda love it! It's not mega-volumizing but it does provide an OK amount, the formula is black and glossy, lengthens like crazy and defines each lash. It doesn't get clumpy or gross. It doesn't flake or smudge for me and washes off easily.

Overall, I find myself impressed and a bit shocked. For a basic mascara and a natural look, I think this stuff is actually quite good. For something with a little more drama, I'll look elsewhere.
