I have short straight lashes, this does nothing for them! The mascara itself feels too liquidy causing my lashes to fall out of their curl.

This definitely isn't the most high quality mascara available but when you're on a budget this is definitely the mascara to use. I sometimes had a problem with clumping though.

It will be unfair to compair this with a Lancome or Estee Lauder mascara, but if you are tight on budget, this is a good alternative. It will smuge a bit after a long day of work, especial during summer months. But hey, gals, if you just run out of mascara, and has to have one the following morning, and all other department stores are close for the night, I will just go to a local drug store and pick this one up!

Unfortunately I find that this mascara leaves me with smudges and flaking underneath my eyes only after a few hours. It doesn't have the staying power either.

Love this one, a really good tip I learned for applying mascara is to use an old card (like a drivers license) and hold it above you lash line and then apply the mascara with the wand against the card. You're pulling the wand up through your lashes while pinning your eye lashes in between the wand and the card. It doesn't hurt or anything, it just completely eleminates clumps, you can push your lashes up and hey, you make use out of an old card ;)

I use this brand of mascara the most. I find that it does not clump and seems to stay fresh for months. I use only black so I am unfamiliar with other colors. Overall I am happy with this product. Price is very reasonable.

I think this product is okay for the price. It smudges and clumps easily after a few uses. I don't like it that much. It's definitely at a low cost but it will clump shortly after a few uses.

I purchased this mascara because I ran out and it was one of the only ones I could find at the time. At first glance I wasn't sure it would do the job I was hoping for. The packaging just looked borring. But to my surprise it worked quiet well! Never judge a product by the label ladies:D!!

My favourite Mascara! Does what the product ads claim - blacker, thicker-looking, longer-looking lashes with minimal clumping. Key thing to remember is that they do not actually create more length or volume, but with the darkness they really do look like they are longer and fuller from a distance. I can apply several coats of this mascara without worrying about clumps. Generally, I notice I start getting clumps before I run out of this mascara, replacing the mascara for a new tube when noticing clumps is a small price to pay for the desired effect.

If you buy the waterproof version, you need a heavy-duty eye makeup remover. Again, it stays put like the product ads claim; but I haven't had much luck getting it off with my cream based eye makeup remover.

Maybelline's Blackest Black is a great volumizing mascara which makes your lashes look bigger and fuller, while still keeping a naturalness to them. It doesn't flake off, has a great staying power, and won't smudge or budge. I've used it for 4 years now, and it is my go-to mascara. No matter what other mascara's I've tried, none of them compare to this. Also, the best thing about this product is the price. It is really reasonable and affordable. I definitely recommend this product to everyone.
