This product is great. I have tried others and always seem to come back to this product every time!!

There are so many other products out there that is much better than this product. It's been awhile since I've used this - but willing to give another try.

I have used Maybelline Great Lash since I first started wearing make-up. The quick math...24 years, bought every three months at an estimated $5.00 per bottle = $480.00 that I have spent on this product.

The PROBLEM...over the past couple of years the product seems to go bad much faster than it did years ago. Is this being done on purpose to make the consumer purchase the product more frequently???
A little secret the manufacture is not sharing?

On Monday, November 30/09 I stopped at CVS to purchase a bottle. When I arrived at work and opened it...IT STUNK. I returned it that night on my way home. Heck yeah...it is my five bucks.

WalMart seems to always be sold out of the Black...so you would think their supply would be fresher...it only last me maybe 1.5 - 2 months. I store it out of the light and in a cool dry place, and always have.

What is going on???
I have come to the point that I am going to start shopping around and take a "Girlfriend Poll" to get information about other mascara's and maybe give them a try. So what if it might cost a bit more...if the product works and have a better shelf life...don't cha' think it is worth it in the long run?

Future quick math...if I wear mascara for another 20 years (6 bottles per year) at $6.00 per bottle, that's 120 bottles that equals $720.00.

I just adore this mascara! It's worth the price, keeps the curl and lengthens.. I always try new mascaras but I always come back to this one no matter what, its def. worth trying out

I have tried numerous mascaras over the years as I have light eyelashes and mascara is something I wont leave the house without. This is by far my favourite mascara and not only because of the price! The non-waterproof kind rarely runs or smudges. I am very athletic and hit the gym almost everyday and this is the only non-waterproof mascara I would trust at the gym. It doesnt clump and is very light on the lashes. The best!!!

This mascara continues to be my favourite. It doesn't clump up my lashes, keeps them looking long and stays on all day and all night. It's relatively cheap, but great quality. I absolutely love this mascara!

I have never really been a fan of great lash. But I saw the bigger brush and I was willing to give it a try. I know that there is a huge cult following behind this one but I don't get it :S. The formula is just not thick enough or something, not effective either. And as I have read in other reviews the "five fat lashes" thing is really true.

I didn't get seperation or volume like I had hoped, length was okay, but meh. The formula was too wet, even more wet than Fresh supernova. Now that is a wet formula BUT it has lots of building power, a great brush, and a certain velvet-y component to it, everything that this mascara doesn't have.

This mascara is Great.... blackest of black and as cheap as they come. But the thing about it for me is somehow...... Im Allergic to it. =( . Ive worn soo many different kinds of mascara and Im fine but this one saddens me because it works great and very affordable and sometimes even comes in a 2 for 1 deal. Ive tried it & Loved it.... but then my lash line where the mascara meets my lid gets terribly itchy and I would get bumps when I rub them and its gets worse so Id have to wash it off. So for you people who could use this mascara w/o any problems..LUCKY YOU! because it is known to be just as good or even better than the department store brands of mascaras.

I really like this compare to the high end ones that i've tried. it don't smudge at all.

This is a pretty good product. It is cheap, easy to apply and works every single time. It volumizes and lenghtens lashes for a fabulous look. I highly recommend it!
