This was, I kid you not, the first mascara that I every purchased! I don't use it any more because I have more high end mascaras and drugstore mascaras that work even better, but for a simple mascara that does the job, this stuff fits the criteria! I don't like how the wand is so short though.

The thing with this mascara is that it is the absolute daily/everyday mascara. To start off it is a very wet mascara, but I don't mind that because that seems to be what gives it the amazing light feeling that it has. And that's also the reason I say it's the ultimate everyday-wear mascara: it's AMAZINGLY LIGHT. Sooooooo soooo light. I absolutely love it. And also, it is super easy to take off. That's another factor that I love because I am one of those people who does not want to bother with taking something thick or waterproof off everyday.

The classic go to! Works better than a lot of higher priced mascaras. Lashes look great!

I used to use this mascara all the time because it is super cheap, but I find that it is a very cheap quality as well. You basically get what you pay for with this mascara. It doesn't give my eyelashes that extra volume that I want.

This was definitely my go-to mascara for years. It's a good value, really popular, I used the waterproof version and it was great. But, since that time I have moved on to bigger and better brushes. This one is great because of the small brush, separates the lashes, but it does do well for a starter mascara.

This mascara is definitely not what I want when I buy a mascara. This one disappointed me because I love Maybelline's products but this mascara did not create the effect I usually search for my lashes. I felt like if I could wear this mascara or no mascara and my lashes would almost look the same..

Been buying Maybelline New York Great lash Mascara for years i fine really good.. t last couple times i purchases mascara its been clumping when i apply to lashes ..dont know why ..first time i seen this happen with this product .not giving up yet .hope my next purchase wont be same .

i like maybeline mascara, it's always worked very well for me. I think they should lower the price a bit, it's a little expensive for what it is. However, compared to some brands it's very reasonable. It doesn't smudge, it's good quality and I will continue to use it.
