I would recommend this mascara but I don't find it to be dramatically better than cover girl or avon. Other raters have said it it never clumps but it does. That said, it is one of the few mascaras I've tired that doesn't irritate my eyes after a full days wear and it also lasts all day long. So the quality is good, but don't buy it if you are switching to try for a clump free mascara (like I did!)
