I don't get what all the hypes about! I see this is magazines everywhere about it being great, but i've tried it and don't see the big deal. I find it flakes and the brush is really tiny.

I like how dark the mascara is, but I find it makes my eyes itch pretty badly for days after I've used it and also runs during the day leaving under-eye marks.

i have not bought this product since i was a teenager. and i wish i had not at 50! it is way to globby and wet. i would not recommend this. spend twice as much for less problematic mascara!!!

I'll be honest, I'm not a fan of this mascara, or any Maybelline mascara. I don't like the brush, it clumps, and runs - for me.

I think that this is the worst mascara I have ever spent my money on. Does not add volume or lenght. I've used dollar store mascara that was better then this. I'm not a fan of Maybelline mascaras at all.

I dislike this product very much. The mascara itself is very wet, making the application difficult on eyelashes that are not "naturally curled". The curved brush is also not a very good curve on MY lashes, but i'm sure other women could disagree with my opinion. Also, I can imagine some women would enjoy this product if they have a taste for wet mascaras!

I had heard that this classic mascara was wonderful. Boy was I disappointed! It was way too wet and made my lashes appear short and sparse! I will never use this mascara again. Sorry Maybelline, this one was a bust!

This is probably the worst mascara that I've ever used.
It has an extremely wet formula, the brush is cheap, and it does absolutely nothing for my lashes, it's like applying water onto them
It simply clumps my eyelashes together, gives almost no length, absolutely no volume, and does nothing to seperate.
There's a reason why it's 5 dollars.

I do not understand the hype over this mascara. It does absolutely nothing to lengthen or add volume to my lashes. The brush is poor and the formulation is almost dry. I actually thought I had gotten an old tube so I went back and purchased another hoping that was the case. Same results. I could have gotten the same effects from brushing on tap water. I would not repurchase.
