Cannot stand the fact that although it makes my eyelashes thicker it also smudges under my eyes after only a few hours....

I read review after review, hot list after hot list, about how wonderful this mascara is and for me it just isn't. My biggest pet peeve is the brush. Being so thin, it's hard to provide length or volume. My lashes look worse after applying Great Lash than wearing nothing at all.

I decided to give this mascara a try since I heard so many good things from it from magazines and what not but its not as good as they say it is at all! It didn't go on very well and smudged alot too. There's definitely alot better ones out there from maybelline it self (full n soft waterproof is pretty good) so spend an extra $2 - 3 bucks can go a long way!

This is the first mascara I ever used, and to this day is the WORST one I have ever used. The only good thing about this is the price...under $5 for a two pack. Other than that it is a terrible product!
It clumps, doesnt lengthen, irritated my eyes...flaked, just terrible!
Overall, definitely do not recommend... try Rimmel Extra Super Lash.. two pack is around the same price and is much much better!

I'm surprised with all the good reviews this mascara receives. It's honestly one of the worst mascaras in my opinion. It does not add any length or volume whatsoever. I don't like how this makes my lashes clumpy. It's in a cute pink bottle but the formula itself is disappointing. The price is cheap but I would not buy this again.

My mother used this stuff back in the early 90's. Back then it was the BEST-- but now there are way better products out there.

I bought this mascara because it was advertised as America's Number 1 Mascara and it was super cheap at Walmart. I was super excited to use it but it failed me :( I didn't do anything to my lashes at all. I gave it to my mom to try and it didn't help her either. Sad to say, it is not on my top list! :(

I have never really been a fan of great lash. But I saw the bigger brush and I was willing to give it a try. I know that there is a huge cult following behind this one but I don't get it :S. The formula is just not thick enough or something, not effective either. And as I have read in other reviews the "five fat lashes" thing is really true.

I didn't get seperation or volume like I had hoped, length was okay, but meh. The formula was too wet, even more wet than Fresh supernova. Now that is a wet formula BUT it has lots of building power, a great brush, and a certain velvet-y component to it, everything that this mascara doesn't have.

This was the first mascara i EVER used..and i hated the stuff! My lashes or pretty long but are blonder towards the tips so i just need something to add color, but nothing dramatic. This stuff clumps and makes it difficult to apply. All the mascara goes to the tip when you pull it out making it almost impossible to get the lashes in the lashes nearest your nose!

I've heard people rant about how they hate it or rave about it. I don't get it. This sucks. It gives length, but clumps your lashes together. It doesnt hold a curl. It doesn't seem to do very much. Save your money and get something else.
