The first thing I noticed about this mascara was the awful smell. It really stinks, literally. I decided to try it out anyway despite the offensive smell.

This mascara separated and lengthened my lashes very well. I loved the way it made my lashes look super long. Even with two coats I didn't get any clumps. The brush isn't super large but it is on the long side (more than an inch) which was a little awkward at first. I only tried this mascara on my upper lashes because I rarely ever wear mascara on my lower lashes.

The only downside to this mascara is that after a long day of wear it started to flake and rub off on my upper eyelids. I seem to always have this problem with Maybelline mascaras. Granted that this mascara didn't start rubbing off until at least 9 hours after I applied it (it usually only takes about 4 hours with other Maybelline mascaras), but it was still annoying. Perhaps a waterproof formula would stay on better. I wish this mascara didn't flake and rub off because if it weren't for this problem it would become my new everyday mascara.

Not as good as i expected, had a weird smell, however, it separated lashes amazingly.

So ive been trying out this mascara for a few days now after recieveing it in the mail. I was exspecting not to like it because i disliked there last mascara. however that was not the case! oh lala i love it! it seperates well, lengthens (especially on the bottom lashes) dosn't smell bad like the last one, and overall creats a nice look!!! some of the girls mentioned it curls a little- i havent really noticed much of a curl, but nonetheless i still love it. the packaging is cute too, its a change from the normal look. all in all a decent buy :)

First off, if youre looking for a clump free mascara, this is one you should DEFINITELY look into. The brush is made in a way that the bristles take care of any clumping you might experience.
But that is one of its downfalls as well. Because of the way the bristles are arranged, I found that it didn't provide the length it advertised to produce.
There is also the small fact that it kinda smells quite strong (luckily once its on, you can't smell it).
I would buy this product again, despite the length, because of the fact that it saves me time from having to separate my lashes. I know some girls might like the spider lash look, but I'm not one of them. I find that it also coats evenly enough to give my eyes the pop that they need.
It also isn't too heavy, and preserves most of my initial curling.
I think that with a really good primer, this would be awesome :)

I absolutely love the packaging of this! The packaging really makes it stand out. I am used to a bigger brush than this though. It is quite small, but a great thing about it is it can coat every lash, and create a more defining look. That is the great thing about a small brush, although I do prefer a bigger brush. I loved that after using this every single one of my lashes were defined, but I did not find it to be especially lengthening, which was what I was hoping for. It created more of a natural look while still defining each lash, and best of all it doesn't clump! It is great for a natural look if that's the look you wish to achieve.

When I received this product to review, the style and colors of the mascara immediately caught my eye. Very
sleek, glossy, and I liked the "heaviness " of the container. The shiny black with a bit of bold red on the bottom is something that would attract me in the store.

As for the mascara it self, for myself I would not buy it. It does lengthen your eyelashes, with absolutely no clumps at all. Goes on smooth, catching every eyelash. But it is very subtle, natural looking and not thickening what so ever. While I do not want my eyes to look that made up it was a little too subtle for me, did not enhance my eyes at all. But if one likes a very natural look, I would highly recommend it. Also it is not irritating at all, good for sensitive eyes out there.

I was very excited to be selected to review the Lash Stiletto Mascara from Maybelline. The packaging was very attractive. It actually looks like a high end product. The mascara promised to deliver length to the eyelashes, but I felt that it fell short of my expectations.

This mascara provides the user with a very natural look while also being lightweight. I usually curl my eyelashes before any mascara applications. Most mascaras weighs down the lashes making them flat, this mascara however does not do that. Many other mascaras that I have tried which are probably double in price produce ugly clumps and feel heavy on the eyelashes. This product also does not have the harsh smells like others may have.

If you are looking for a natural clump free look, then this product is for you. But, if you are looking for a lengthening mascara, this product meets but does not exceed expectations.

I was sooo happy when I got to try out this product!!! And of course as soon as I got it, I had to rip it out of the package and put it on :-)

Maybelline mascara's have always been my favorite, and this one is no different. I put on a few coats of the stuff and noticed right away that my lashes were curled and appeared longer. I normally wear the blackest black so I wasn't sure how noticible this one would be (it's brownish black) but trust me it was noticible!

There was no smell like "Mabelline Colossal Volume Express" mascara which is the current one I use, my lashes really were longer, and curlier. I never use a lash curler, but now my lashes look curled!!

Just to make sure this product really is as good as I think it is, I used it through the busy weekend, and it really lasted well throughout the day!! My lashes did not loose its curled look with time, they didn't droop or look worn, or flake onto my cheeks. And it removed easily when I washed my face.

I would definately recommend this mascara to anyone who wants to try something new, and wants a longer curlier look to their lashes!

When i got this product in the mail, I was so excited. The first thing that i loved about it was the packaging. It actually looks like a hell! I love it. I love that it give me no clumps since i always have a problem with that although i do with that it would make my lashes longer, even though on the package it said length, i found it didn't do all that well in that category.

Before discussing the merits of the actual mascara itself, I must say something about the packaging.
I am admittedly attracted to a product because of the packaging, and sometimes this can make the difference between me buying it or putting it back on the shelf. I don't think I'm the only one either.

I'd say Maybelline Lash Stiletto Mascara's packaging is pretty ingenious. A stiletto heel shaped mascara tube? First of all,that's undeniably sexy. It's also fun, glamorous, and I don't think it's been done before.

The mascara itself also something to be desired. I usually choose a mascara with a larger brush as I've had better experience with getting the thick, long black lashes I want.
Lash Stiletto comes with a smaller brush so I was concerned I wouldn't be able to get the desired effect out of it, but I was pleasantly surprised. The smaller brush actually gave a longer, cleaner lash. It also beat out my thicker brushed mascara in the category of clumps. I think Lash Stiletto's thinner brush was the reason for this convenient lack of clumps.

All around long, lustful, LOVELY lashes!
