I've tried most of Loréal's mascara and I keep on coming back to this one. Evenly distributes product for even volume and definition. I even put on 2-3 coats and it thickens my lashes without getting them clumpy. Great product for great price !

First, let me start out by stating: I am PICKY, PICKY, PICKY when it comes to mascara! My first inclination is to say that your higher end &/or department store counters are the best places to shop for mascara. Now, having said that, Maybelline's Falsies proved me wrong!! Boy was I pleasantly suprised! Especially when I'm used to paying upwards of $25.00 bucks for ONE tube of mascara! NOT SO for Maybelline's Volum' Express the Falsies collection! Actually, I got my package whilst shopping for school supplies with my teen boys this year. I came across one of those center isle displays @ Walmart. They were offering a 2 pack of this mascara!! I thought, "Why not"? The price was AWESOME! AND my sister had been talking this product up so I was thinking, "Well if it doesn't work for me it won't be a total loss. I can just give it to Sissy." Let me tell ya, I DID NOT give it up!! I love, love, love this mascara! It rivaled several of my higher priced mascaras. Easily! The formula is gel like and smooth. I have yet to encounter clumps. Here's the way I use it: First, I do and always have, curl my lashes with an eyelash curler. Next, I twirl the wand (never pump) in the tube. Then, open eyes wide and make sure the U-shape of the 'Spoon-curved' brush is @ the base of your lashes (the tip end pointing up, not down) then as you bring your hand up, give the wand a twist! Yes, gently twist or twirl the wand @ the same time you're going upwards applying the mascara. (upper lashes) This one action, when done properly, will help tremendously! It helps to lengthen as well as plump up your lashes. I learned this technique from a professional make-up artist! Then the next person I encountered doing it was my daughter-in-law. (So yeah, if you're wondering, I really was impressed with her) hehe! Anyway, back to the mascara... Please, if you're into 'Good' mascaras like me, grab this one @ any drugstore or Walmart. You WILL NOT be disappointed!

I really like this! I was skeptical since my friend didn't like hers but I bought me one anyways and I enjoy it so much! It does make my lashes long. I did noticed a bit of fallout when I first used it but that went away after the first wk . I'm happy with this product!

This is my go to mascara! Love it. My eyelashes are blonde and really hard to see and this mascara gives me the lashes I wish I was born with.

I liked this mascara a lot. It made my eyelashes appear longer and with much more volume than a lot of mascaras. I would definitely buy this product again.

I bought this on sale and sometimes Maybelline has coupons ($1.00 off or $2.00 off) so it cost less than $5 at Shoppers Drug Mart when it was on sale! I personally really like it, the brush works well, its a good size. not too big or thick or too 'skinny'. I like how it makes your lashes REALLY black and full. Excellent value for a drugstore brand!
