I usually LOVE Maybelline mascaras. They are cheap, good volume and there is a lot of selection. When the original Falsies mascara came out (there's now a new one that supposed to do even more) I was excited by the thought of a drug store mascara that offered the false lash effect. I was disappointed! I found the formula smelled (I think it has collagen in it), it was dry, and it didnt do much to volumize my lashes more than other mascara's I've had.

I usually use the Colossal mascara from Maybelline and for a buck or so less, you get bigger lashes and less smudging.

I have used other "false" or "tube" mascara, and like their effect, but the price was too expense to justify repeat purchases. Unfortunately the Falsies from Maybelline did not deliver the alternative I was looking for!

I really enjoyed this mascara, being a mascara junkie that is a very huuuge statement. It was easily my everyday mascara. I used the waterproof formula, just because thats what I usually go for. It did a great job thickening the lashes from root to tip. Thats what seems to give the lashes that "falsies" effect. While it did lengthen my lashes, I wouldnt base a purchase off its lengthening qualities. All in all, a great staple mascara to have!

i got this mascara on sale for $4 right when it was out so it was a total steal :) i loved this mascara becuase it made me look like i had fake eyelashes (i have short lashes) but after 2 or 3 months of using it, i started finding more clumps on my lashes. so im guessing this dries out pretty quick :(!

Maybelline has always been a trusted product for mascara. I have tried many others in different price ranges and keep gong back. This mascara does provide a very dramatic effect. It did not clump. Your lashes will appear thicker and longer. I would not wear this for every day but that is a personal opinion. If you are into faulse lashes everyday or dramatic eyes this may be the product for you.Nice shaped brush allows you to reach the smallest lashes.

I absolutely love this mascara. It is the best one I have used in a long time. I like the curved brush I find it stops it from going to clumpy. This mascara is really easy to use wether you want just a little or a lot. Normally I find that when I put on a second coat of mascara to get more volume it tends to clump, this one however doesn't. The one thing I don't like is you tend to get a lot of mascara on the brush, but if you just remove the excess with the side of the tube when pulling the brush out you are good.

The Falsies is the best mascara I have used in a long time. It added super length but was a little bit clumpy.

I loved this mascara. It worked well for my short asian lashes and held a curl well because of the curved brush. Even though, I got this in washable, this mascara didn't smear at all. Even when I was sweating. It adds volume, length, and is no hassle to get off at night because it comes off easily with water and soap.

This mascara makes my eyelashes look soooo black and long and voluminous! I just love it! I use it every single day because it stays on FOREVER even without an eyelash primer. It looks great with any eyeshadow or eyeliner colors and on its own. This is one of my favorite makeup products that i have.

So when i originally discovered the Maybelline Falsies Mascara, i kinda fell in love to be honest.
I don't have very long lashes, they're not extremely short, but i really don't have much to work with. I tried the mascara and it did wonders for my lashes, so when i saw that they came out with the "Flared" Falsies, i jumped on the opportunity to try it! Immediately i saw a bigger difference than even in the original "Falsies". I'd recommend these to anyone!

The wand: Two sides of the wand are flat while the other two have bristles, Like a spoon kind of thing.

Formula: I really do not like this formula, for my lashes at least. With my lashes i like to go over them quite a few times until my lashes are all separated and look how i want them to. This mascara is very difficult to do that with, since it is so wet the more you work with it the more clumps you get.

Performance: -The mascara claims to give you the appearance that you are wearing false lashes when you really arent, and i have to say this mascara does that job pretty well.
-It made my lashes longer and more dramatic, even on my friend who has longer lashes than mine, it had the same effect.
-It does NOT hold the curl well at all. Since its such a wet formula it does make your lashes droop much faster.

maybe if you have thick long lashes that hold curl well, this would work better for you.
