I am not a fan of this mascara, I found it to be really clumpy, and I really dislike that. It does not look like "falsies" at all. I definitely will not be purchasing this product again.

I got to try this product and I found it to be okay , i have tried better and tried many alot worst. my rating of this product would be average.

Overall I quite liked it.
I really liked the curved angle of the brush, it made it easy to apply the mascara.
The Mascara bottle was also quite nice, love the purple colour!
The texture of the Mascara was nice, not too heavy or gunky. It did not take too long to dry either. For thicker looking lashes I put on a few extra coats. I did not however feel like the end result looked like 'false eyelashes'. This mascara does a really nice job of accentuating my eyes combined with an eyeliner/eyepencil.
What I especially liked about it is that it was easy to clean. I hate makeup that is gunky and sticks behind on my skin even after I have scrubbed and cleansed well. The 'Falsies Mascara' cleans out really well and does not leave any residue behind.
Overall I think this Mascara is a good buy for those who are looking for a nice light mascara for everyday use but I certainly would not recommend it for someone who is looking for dramatic results.

I have to say, that this mascara is very average. I think Maybelline is a really good mascara company, but in my opinion, this is not one of their better ones.

The packaging (and purple tube) is really pretty and girly, and unlike the Colossal, the scent is very mild, which is actually nice.

I don't think it compares whatsoever with REAL false eyelashes, but it is a good volumizing mascara. Just because I think it's average though, doesn't mean I don't think it would be perfect for someone else.

I like my eyelashes long, dark, dramatic, and hard. In order to get the look that I like, I had to put SOOO many coats of it, and at that rate, the tube would be empty in a week. I think this mascara would be perfect for someone who wants to go up one level from the "natural mascara look". It adds a bit of the dramatic look, but not over the top.

If you don't want a very dramatic look, I think this mascara is great for you :)

liked how it made my lashes look..but found it took tolong to dry and smudged easy. Would reuse again but not be my top choice for mascara

Maybelline New York The Falsies Volum' Express Mascara.
I was very impressed right from the first application. It went on smoothly and without clumps. The spoon shaped brush was very easy to use with very little if any smudging on my eyelid (which happens a lot to me). On the second coat I was surprised at how it didn't clump at all and it made my lashes look so long... and I would say almost a false appearance. I have never worn false lashes but I would think they would be a bit different. One thing this mascara did do for me that none others do was make them curl a little before the curler even came out!! My lashes are so straight naturally so this is great.
I actually love the fact that this mascara ended up being less over the top than I thought it would be. With how easy it is to apply with great results it is great for work.
I am giving out these coupons to friends and family and highly recommending this mascara. It is my new fave!

First of all, thank you to the PRC for sending me a sample of this product. I love mascaras, and was excited to be one of the reviewers for the Falsies. Here's the details:

The mascara comes in a bright pink tube and is easily spotted in your makeup bag. The brush has a nice curve and curls your lashes really well. However, because the brush is pretty big, I had a hard time using it in the corners. The mascara dries very quickly, and I didn't end up smudging it when I opened my eyes.

Did it look like I had fake lashes on? No. I found that the product helped the length, but did not do much for the volume. The lashes were separated well, and the over all effect was good, but it gave me more of a daytime look than a false lash, evening look. I even tried putting on multiple coats, but that didn't help.

With that said, I do really like the mascara and use it almost every day. I will most likely pick up another tube when this one is finished.

I have been using this mascara for the past week and have been pretty impressed! Although it doesn't give me the 'falsies' look, it lengthens very well. I have pretty long and straight lashes (i'm asian) and it worked well. I usually go for fatter brushes (collosal, rimmel max volume, etc) but this definitely gave me that oomph look. One con for this was that I found it to be slightly watery - almost like collosal when you first open it. I'm sure once it dries out a bit I'm sure it will work better to my taste :)

I got the Falsies Mascara through the Product Review Club and was so excited to try it!
The really great part about this mascara is the spoon-shaped brush - it lifts lashes up and out, which allows you to evenly coat each and every one of your lashes and even get the tiny lashes in the corners - all clump-free (as long as you take your time) :) All mascaras promise clump-free lashes, but this one actually delivers, even with a couple coats! I found that you needed to let it dry between coats to avoid clumps, but if you don't mind taking the time to let it dry, it's fantastic!
Downside? It didn't give the false-lash look as it advertises, but I don't think any mascara can compete with a full set of false lashes. It definitely separates and gives your lashes a nice fanned-out look. It definitely gives your lashes a lot of length and volume.
Only other downside of this mascara is that it isn't waterproof.
I used to buy Clinique mascara, but I think I will definitely start buying the Falsies mascara from now on - definitely easier on my wallet!

I was lucky enough to be sent this product to review from the ChickAdvisor review club. I was really excited about trying this mascara and I probably would have ended up buying it anyways. (I really love my mascaras).
I have to start off by saying this is my favourite mascara BY FAR and I have a lot of them - Loreal, Maybelline, CoverGirl, etc. I find that the Falsies wears well throughout the day so it doesn't really smudge or flake off very much. It does occasionally in rainy weather I have found, but overall it lasts all day.
I like the brush very much, the mascara wand makes it very easy to apply and the formula doesn't clump - it's actually quite liquidy I think - so I am able to really coat each lash. I think that it's also great because it helps my lashes stay curled and look much longer than my other mascaras.
Does it make me look like I'm wearing false lashes? Well, obviously not. :) I find that it's not the greatest thickening mascara by any means, but the length that it gives my lashes really makes up for it.
Overall, it's my fave one yet and I've tried a whole lot of 'em.
