I love this product. It really separates all my lashes given them a more natural effect. I wear in the day to work and feel great.

Maybelline makes great mascara - and it's at such a great price point. The One-by-One mascara is great and I like the thickening power of the brush. The brush itself is thick enough that it gives a good coating, but not too much that it looks like I'm going to a night club finish. The product washes off without any troubles and doesn't flake off my eye lashes. Overall, great and will continue to use this product.

I like this mascara, i purchased this in the waterproof fomula and i think it holds my stick straight asian lashes quite well. At the end of the day it sumdges a tinsy tiny bit on my bottom lashline.but its not that noticeable.In my opinion it doesnt give much volume, hence the name. D: The pros of this mascara is that the bristles are soft, doesnt clump,and it holds the curl. The packaging is really pretty too!
The cons of this mascara is that it doesnt give me the volume and it seems like any other mascara..
Overall its a nice mascara and i would repurchase it because it doesnt clump,but im someone that likes to try different mascaras.

I tried this product after a friend recommended it and the more I use it the more I dislike it. I don't know if it is just for me, it probably works for other people. Whenever I put on this mascara I can't even tell I have anything on even after at least 5 swipes. The difference it claims to make does not work for me.

As far as drugstore brand mascara goes it does not look bad. My problem with it is that I find it always gets clumpy really fast! Super annoying! But I keep buying it because I am scared to try anything else. I have used Maybelline mascaras forever!

J'adore ce mascara. Il me fait de longs cils volumineux. Il sépare les cils "One-by-One"! La brosse est en plastique et a beaucoup de "poils". Lorsque on sort la brosse du tube il n'y a pas trop de mascara et ça c'est un gros avantage.
Le prix est très abordable et il est très souvent en vente au Walmart.

There were two different formulas (or maybe the brushes were slightly different) for One by One, plus waterproof - I chose the washable "clump-free, big volume" in Blackest Black. It was definitely a nice change from my last mascara!!! I think the biggest difference between this and what I was using before is the applicator. It really covers each lash all the way to the tips and there's no clumping.
It does tend to smudge a bit underneath my eyes, when it's been on all day and especially when I'm wearing my Clinique Almost Makeup (the closest thing to foundation I use). BUT there's no little flakes.
Overall I'm impressed-the brush is awesome and the mascara itself does a good job - I'm going to have to try the waterproof version for the summertime!

Where is the volume? Maybelline's One-by-One mascara lets me down in the volume apartment. I was expecting fat, bodacious lashes. Instead, I ended up with extremely long, sparse lashes. The great length was a bonus!

Maybelline's One-by-One mascara delivers on its no clumping policy. As you can see in the picture, my lashes are very defined and separated. The wand is shaped like a football with several spiky bristles. Surprisingly, the bristles are softer than other volumizing mascaras on the market. It doesn't have a ridiculous amount of product piled up on the bristles, either. Once pumped, the wand comes out perfectly saturated with the exact amount of product. God bless, less mess! The results in this picture are from a single coat of the mascara.

Now let's compare it to Loreal's Million lash mascara...shall we? In regards to volume, L'Oreal Million lashes reigns as champion. Maybelline's One-by-One mascara wand is smaller than L'Oreal's as well as thinner - peep out the side-by-side wand comparisons below. They also seem to have the same amount of spiky bristles. Check out how Maybelline's One-by-One wand has less product gooked on than Loreal Million lashes. So who would I choose? L'Oreal Million Lashes. No competition in my humble opinion.

I just bought this a few days ago...and I wish I had stuck to my Lash Fusion by Covergirl...I was sucked in by the pink labelling and the brush. This mascara is average..I wouldn't say it's "bad" and I didn't spend too much on it...but I won't be buying it again. It's a shiny mascara, not as thick as you'd want a thickening mascara to be...so I give this one a thumbs down...I'm going to keep using it to get my money's worth and then never buy it again.

I really think that Maybelline is always a great choice for mascara! They know how to give you great length and volume and the price is great. I've always been a fan.

I got to try a sample of One by One mascara courtesy of the brand and I'm very glad I did. It gives my lashes great definition and makes them look extremely long. What I like the best about One by One is that they updated the brush so that it isn't supposed to clump at all. When I first heard this I was skeptical, but I've been using it for a week now and it hasn't clumped yet.

I recommend this mascara.
