I've been using this foundation for 4 years now and i honestly have nothing but good things to say. i have experimented with other foundations and no matter what i always come back to Maybelline Pure. It matches my skintone perfectly and lasts all day. light to medium coverage is maybe not the best choice for severely imperfect skin but i find with my mildly uneven skintone the coverage is perfect. i also have fairly dry skin and it helps keep my skin hydrated. this foundation is my year round product, i can use it all summer because it's so light and also in the winter because it hydrates my skin so well. i highly reccommend it.

I'd been using Maybelline Pure Makeup Foundation for a while. PROS: It almost exactly matched my skin tone, and it covered up my acne and acne scars. CONS: My friends told me it was looking streaky and cakey after only 4-5 hours. I had to keep re-applying powder almost every passing period (about 50 mins). It gave my face that Orange face white neck look that we girls love so much (: P). I woudn't reccomend it for oily skin, for long wear use.

oily skin? i definitely have it!! it is soo annoying! oily skin means blemishes form VERY quick! for spot treatment, i use covergirl. for overall coverage, i use pure makeup! i love it! it soaks right in and is oil free so i dont feel like im wearing a mask! yuck!

I bought this makeup first because it was so CHEAP! It was under five dollars--definitely worth looking at! Second, I hadn't tried many foundations and wasn't looking for a crazy full-coverage foundation look. I wanted to get into foundation easily, and this was the way to do it. This is a rather light formula that's made mostly of water. It feels cooling to the skin and leaves more of a natural finish. It isn't dewy, but it isn't matte either.

PROS:
- so cheap!
- easy to apply
- light to medium coverage
- non-harsh formula
- has some SPF

CONS:
- oxidizes easily (can turn orange)
- sometimes looks too dewy
- can make me look sweaty
- doesn't last all day--more like a couple hours at most.

I love that it feels so light on my skin.

I absolutely love this foundation! I have combination skin that tends to break out and this foundation works great for me. Very light, but great coverage with natural looking shades. It makes my skin look flawless! I totally recommend!

H20 formula oil free- which is great for oily skin. great coverage. Stays on all day. doen't clog pores.

i totally love this! this is a must have! it left my skin oil free, and there was no foundation streaks left on my face! the finish was perfect, and it contains H20!
