Healthy sustainable mayo

My partner loves mayo on everything, so when we were given the opportunity to try a healthier mayo I was happy. He was a little apprehensive about the avocado oil, but it actually adds a nice flavour. I love that it uses organic cage-free eggs and no added sugars or artificial ingredients. It’s a little less sweet than our traditional mayo brand - but I say that positively. This is definitely my new favourite and will be a staple in our household!
