McCafe Premium Instant Coffee

Loved the McCafe Premium Instant Coffee as it was so easy and simple to make in the morning while also being smooth and delicious. Definitely recommend you try it out for yourself. I always drink it with sugar and milk but it would also taste good with coffee creme. The prefect way to start off your morning.

Delicious McCafe Instant Coffee

As far as drive-thru coffees go, I prefer McDonald’s coffees to any other drive-thru coffees. Its mellow flavour and aroma trumps that of its competitors. So, when McDonald’s started to sell its instant coffee to consumers, I was excited to try it. My home-brewed McD coffee was pleasing and is a lot more economical than buying individual cups at >$1 at its restaurants. Highly recommended!

Great alternative

I typically use my Nespresso but this is a perfect afternoon pick me up. For those instant coffee lovers this would be a great choice. If you love McDonald's coffee you will love this

This instant coffee was delicious. Smooth and not too strong, which is great because I'm not into strong or dark coffee. The flavour was great and I found it very smooth.

Good but not great

I got this as a freebie through #butterly and wasn't 100% satisfied. It wasn't too strong but im more interested in flavored and decaf but if this was all that was available, I would drink it. Make sure you follow the instructions.

McDonald's Coffee At Home

I was given a free container of McDonald's Medium Roast Instant Coffee in exchange for an honest review through Butterly.

The can I was was sent was well labelled, with nice packaging. The coffee crystals inside the can were aromatic and a nice colour.

Instructions were easy to follow, and I set about making myself a cup. I will say that I am not a big instant coffee fan, but my husband is, so I will share his findings as well as my own.

At first scent, the McDonald's brand already smelled better than some other brands we have used in the past. The crystals dissolved in the water very easily, with no residue or "crunchy bits" left over. The colour of the coffee was a nice dark chocolate colour. Once I added my cream and sugar, I was ready to test it.

It does still have that instant flavour to it, but I did find it more tolerable than our regular brand. Instant Coffee will never be my go to, but I would drink this again if it was offered.

After his first cup, my husband said it didn't have as much flavour as his regular brand, but after subsequent cups, he changed his mind. He even went as far as to say that if it was the same price as his regular brand, he would likely buy it again.

Rich and smells good

I like that it smells good. Very aromatic! I also like that it is in the form of granules. The taste is really strong and premium. It will really keep you awake. It tastes good too.

McCafe at home

The coffee is a breeze to make, boil your kettle, add the hot water to the grinds in the vessel of your choice, add your fixings and your A ready to enjoy. The taste is unreal for an instant coffee, if I didn’t make it, I would have thought it was brewed traditionally.

The medium roast is just perfect - nice and smooth with no bitterness. Feel like you’re getting the McCafe coffee experience anywhere, anytime.
