We cooked these up on the weekend. They have a great flavour to them. The seasoning in them in nice without being overpowering.
We used them in breakfast wraps with eggs and breakfast sausage. Very yummy!

These breakfast potatoes are great for breakfast.. My little ones love them!.. I just pop them in the oven..and..Done! Pairs perfectly with bacon & eggs!

These are sooooo delicious! When made in a frying pan, they crisp up very nicely and don't take very long to prepare. The only downside to these potato pancakes are their greasiness. I need to lay them out on a piece of paper towel before eating in order to sop up the extra oil from them. The taste makes it worth it though.
