Just bought these potatoe pancakes the other day and couldn't wait for breakfast. They were delicious, crispy and great addition to any meal. Also no preperation needed, just put on cookie sheet and bake.

I absolutely love how quick and easy these are to make in the morning. I throw them in the oven while I am getting ready then I finish them off in the frying pan for a nice crispy finish!
