I love these potato pancakes, they are very close tasting to the homeade Swedish pancakes that I love where you put sour cream and syrups on them. they get nice and crunchy and have a good flavor!

An absolute freezer must! We have these always on hand to add to our breakfast or when we have breakfast for dinner! They are quick and easy to prepair and taste fantastic!
